Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesFor me the beds were a little hard, but that is more of a personal thing.
It's a lovely hotel off the main busy street in a really good walking area for restaurants etc. the hotel lobby is a studio for the owner, but it also serves as a lobby for guests - quite charming for those who enjoy painting. The rooms are standard size but with nice variable lighting. I enjoyed the small design details throughout the hotel. The owner is a painter - very friendly and accommodating. It's nice to stay in a hotel away from a big touristy area but offers a boutique atmosphere.

The bed was really comfortable and the room spacious. The staff was really great, always with a smile and ready for help even without speaking much English. Location was in a quiet place not so close to the main attractions but has restaurants and everything you can need around.

SpainThe first day I had to ask them to clean the bathroom again as I found it was not completely clean, and there was also a fake eyelash in the wall. However, after I told them about it, they cleaned it.
The room was spacious and quite big. The bathroom was really nice as well. They asked me every day if I needed my room to be cleaned and to let them know when I was about to go out so they could clean, which I really appreciate it. There are many restaurants and stores close by.
