HungaryIt is so good, we had come back for our third stay. The staff is kind and very helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have amazing views. The hotel is very close to the metro station, only 2 minutes away. The breakfast was delicious with both Chinese and western foods. I recommend it.☺️

United KingdomThere’s nothing I didn’t like about the property, but after my check out, the hotel called to say their coffee spoon has gone missing, which I found very disappointing. I couldn’t take anything but a coffee spoon 😂. I also didn’t like the fact that, they brought us utensils and they wrote it in Chinese, how can I read what has been given to me, what if they wrote something on the receipt which I didn’t have in my room? 🤔
Clean, staff very efficient and friendly. Even though there’s communication barrier, they tried as much as possible to keep us comfortable. Their food was extremely healthy 🥰🥰 The house keeping was very good, 5 stars to the house keeping.

Czech RepublicBased on other guests feedback, I think the breakfast was not so bad. The selection is not as wide as in other hotel comparing to more expensive places in Guangzhou. The fact is that the dinning place is quiet small, especially during the Canton fair it was very crowded in the morning time, that was a bit annoying. But if you get up early and go for it at 7 am, you'll be happy ;-) I'd appreciate more fruit, that was missing, but everybody has different preferences...
Location is perfect with very convenient shuttle bus to Canton fair, just a few minutes away. Our appartment (3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms in 48th flloor) was very spacious. Kitchen has small equipment for cooking but good enough, we didn't need anything more then was was provided. Also washing machine and dryer were very usefull. We got new, clean towels every day, eventhough it was not needed. The place is very quiet and relaxing. I was very happy also with the hotel staff, and did not have any bad experience with non English speaking hotel personal. Especially Mrs. Maggie was very helpfull when we needed to go souvenier shopping, she adviced us cool places to go and recommended what to buy and took care about taxi. Thank you very much! It was really pleasure!

Stayed for Canton fair. It was a good experience. Good location, steps from Guangzhou metro station plus free shuttle bus to the fair. Very good breakfast selection and quality of food. Shuttle bus leaves from hotel twice at 8:00 am and 9:40 am. Pick up at 5:00 pm and 6:20 pm.

UzbekistanThis hotel is already one of the best hotels , I have ever been in China. The main purpose was Canton Fair , and the metro is just 10metres away , and just two stations to Canton Fair Complex. The view is amazing , the Whole Guangzhou can be seen above . Starbucks and Mcdonalds is on the first floor. The staff of the hotel is very friendly , they helped us to order the dinner . The rooms are very clean , the bathroom items always filled and changed everyday , even if we do not ask ,in other countries Turkey , Qatar almost we have complains , but here we do not have any , everything can be done just with one call . We will be back exactly .
