Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeThere is no room service after 9pm and we had difficulty ordering food without a local number. Staff was kind to help us do the ordering but delivery only came at 1am as it was raining. We received a call at 6am in the morning for breakfast we didn’t order because the front desk called the wrong room and we ended up all awake

The location was very good, with the mall and the Line 1 underground station accessible from the basement. Hongyadong was a 15-min walk away, while Jiefangbei was a 20-min walk away. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It came with separate washing machine and dryer. The kitchen appliances were top-notch. The breakfast selection was great.

NetherlandsDespite the fancy room on 43rd floor, the view wasn't that romantic, facing another building, but it is very minor thing, the overall experience was great.
Clean, spacious, and quiet room. Anything we needed we could ask at the reception and they bring it shortly, and the staff was very kind. The location is amazing, close to the restaurants and the metro. The breakfast was also great. And the welcoming decoration was lovely 😍.
