SO SOOOO GOOD!! Love the space given, beds were HUGE (able to fit 4 people in one bed actually lol). Location was great, the mall was right downstairs, many taxis available, close to hong ya dong and other attractions

Bad internet. The water in the pool is cold and the deckchairs and parts around the pool are not quite in line with the whole hotel. The window panes could be cleaner so that fingerprints of previous guests are not visible.

Fantastic location of the hotel. Polite staff. Very spacious suite for three adults and one child. Comfortable and very clean beds. In general, the entire suite is clean. Breakfast is ok, but the restauran can be very crowded because the dininning area is small for such a large hotel. However, the staff reacts quickly and cleans the tables, so you don't have to wait long.

It would be better if they provide an egg station, as the eggs prepared by the chef were too cooked. The dishes can have better varieties.

Breakfast is average, but it comes with great choices. It comes with standard selection of juices, coffee, tea, milk and soy milk. Varieties of cooked dishes and cheese board too.

Best hotel I ever stayed at! Its well located and a modern landmark in the City. Hongyadong was just a short walk away. Food was always really good. I got a free upgrade to an amazing, cozy and big room. Highly recommend coming here to explore the city.

Breakfast was one of the best I had during my travels thru China. Staff was pleasant, view was stunning and I felt like a king staying there. Will be back again hopefully next year and that will be where I stay but much longer next time

Very new and convenient hotel / appartment building in the very heart of Chongqing, near Chaotienmen square. From check-in, a quiet night, tasty and ample breakfast to leaving our luggage after we checked out everything just perfect. Very friendly staff, especially Baron who helped us in all aspects of our stay, including helping us to find a typical local restaurant for spicy Chongqing food. Thanks a lot, we want to come back!

Overall I love my stay at Ascott, the location, the staff and room. The location is fantastic with several attractions nearby and convenient to take taxi,or the train. Shopping malls are just nearby.

The view from the hotel is spectacular: merging of Yangzi and Jialing rivers. In addition to breakfast, the hotel provides night snacks for free. The hotel staff are very friendly and they've been trained to speak English. I select Ascott brand every time I go to China, Ascott in Chongqing is the best so far.
