The towels are old and stiff. They did not clean the room one day. The hot water pressure runs out and you run out of water so you have to keep taking cold shower.

The first room they offered me had a very dirty sofa and didn’t smell good, then I was offered a better room. I think in general the cleanness could be improved a lot, the elevator and hotel premises don’t look clean.

Overall it was a decent stay for the price. I liked the comfortable king size bed and plenty of pillows. The room had balcony and it was great to get fresh air. wifi was good as well

The location waa good for the event near to corferias, but the accommodation wasnt clean, the room keys didnt work properly, there was a lot of homeless around the building selling stuff and it felt unsafe been outsite the place. I do not recommend staying there..

The room we had was really hot, blinds prevent air from going into the room. Bathroom was extremely small. In a 3 day stay we lost hot water for an entire morning and internet worked only 1 day.

1. The elevator doesn’t reach the highest floor, and the stairs are quite dangerous, I was with my dog and she was afraid of climbing them, because there was a part that was empty and she would’ve fit just right and fell, I had to take her in my arms (and she’s 14 kg) 2. The housekeeping was only making the bed, nothing else, no cleaning, no changing towels, no changing whatever was dirty. 3. It is a lie that is silent, it is not, I heard all the cars at night 4. It is pet friendly but they don’t tell you in the booking that you have to pay an extra fee for them. 5. Black out was broken 6. There wasn’t hot water, I had to bathe with cold water, IN BOGOTA!!!! 7. My room smelled bad

This is NOT a 4 star hotel!!!! Breakfast is exactly the same everyday, They need twice the amount of bath, hand and floor towels as they have as you will not get ANY until the laundry service brings clean ones at 8pm at night. The towels appear and feel to be 10 Years old. There are missing fixtures, fridgerator is very small, there is no Microwave in the room or even in the hotel kitchen. They actually rented 2 rooms on my floor to a family with 5+ children and let the Parents go to work leaving them to manage themselves and even asked me for a 150mil peso loan so the hotel could buy the children lunch. They were very loud and I had to complain before management before something was done. I gave the hotel the 150mil with no receipt but in return I had to talk to 3 managers before they made me sign a receipt for the return of my money!! The first night that I had paid for since my plane did not arrive in Bogota until after midnight gave my room away to someone else leaving me to find a different hotel for the rest of the night but would not refund the 1 day upon checkout. They got paid twice for the same room that day and I had to pay twice there and at the other hotel for that day!! The elevatoro works sometimes and there are extra mattress and box springs in the hallways. It is just a sub standard at best 1 star hotel...Not all the lights in the room work and there was only 1 nightstand for a king size bed...

The location is fine but ice is hard to come by. The Maids / Cooks do their best with what they have. The manager Venessa and Carlos are very helpful. Plenty of hot water...The TV is in english also.

The staff was friendly and helpful with all my requests. If there had been any problems I'm confident they would have resolved them, but then again I prefer a staff that's professional enough to prevent issues from occurring in the first place, which the staff of Expocomfort were. I'll certainly be staying again in the future.

Room and sheets was not very clean upon arrival. Cleaning staff didn't provide clean towels every few days, and I had to ask for them. WiFi didn't work in my room. There was no "do not disturb" sign available.

Room size was decent. Bed was comfortable. The price was good. Friendly staff.

The room is cold. At 5AM my sleep was disturbed by the neighbors' noise. The neighborhood is not what it says on the reservation: it is NOT Teusaquillo. It is far from everything. The toilet is clogged. The faucet is almost impossible to regulate. The SPA and the fitness center are a lie. There is no such thing. They are closed and unused. Horrible breakfast, and very little. In the end, during checkout, I was charged an extra $40 for no reason, but I had to leave for the airport before I lost my flight, so I could not manage to understand the reason before paying. The "double bed" is actually two single beds joined: in the middle, you sink.

Not soundproof, no fridge, hairdryer was defect, no shampoo or showergel, two days no light in bathroom, the first two days no towels and afterwards towels with holes or stains.

Staff members were friendly, bed was big, good curtains.
