I went with a group of 12 people and all of us were so comfortable. the staff was so nice and the rooms are clean, big, the air conditioner works and there is soap and towels in each room.

The rooms are dated, particularly bathrooms, location is a good 25 mins to town or $5, breakfast is busy so it takes time as they serve one by one, everyday is the same breakfasts so perhaps some changes will be good

I loved the fact that it was pet friendly, the staff was extremely awesome, the hotel was neat, the room had a/c and that was totally neccesary, breakfast was really good, there was coffee, water and tea available at any time and they were very helpful with helping me find a taxi, tour or something for rental.

the breakfast was terrible, slow, and very little, they tell you that you can have coffee anytime but if they run out after 7pm you wont have anymore, the services like car and boat trip are way overpriced, the price also was expensive compared to other hotels like aquamare, the location is also terrible

it was a lot of cats, baby cats crying all night. the room that was in the picture was nothing as we requested was a partial view of the ocean. the only partial view was a swimming pool. they have a ton of cats and baby cats were crying all night. it’s more like a home converted into a hotel. we went out and came back and they locked the front gate. there is no buzzer, no side door, we had to wait and make enough noise to let us in.

the “suite” is a regular room. the breakfast is terrible, you have to queue a long time to have someone serve you the food in a plate is not in the center but the walk is around 20 min

The front desk staff was rude. The room had roaches and the pillow case was dirty and tv didn’t work . The photo from the web really made the room look better then what it was.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. I felt like I was held hostage for two nights.

The room had tinted windows. So you had to choose: either close them and inside its completely dark or open them but you have the mosquitos coming in. Why they would do such a thing... honestly people just take those dark foils off and then the room is good enough!

Staff was friendly, location is good, close to everything when you rent a scooter. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is neglected and the rooms smelled like mold. The salt water system in the bathrooms and throughout the hotel is harsh and really hard to appreciate but I am told that the entire island is this way. Though I am a pet lover, I did not enjoy the smell of dog and cat throughout the entire hotel, it was bad at times.

The location is nice, tucked away in a quiet residential area.

Looks can be deceiving!!! There were bugs in the room, my husband and I both woke up with big bites. The air conditioning broke twice and the hotel was not accommodating the second time, even though it was my husbands birthday. And when it was "working" it shot ice at me in the face in the middle of the night (lol I can't make this stuff up). The breakfast was not great. The hot tub had electricity in the fountains... when I touched it, I felt it shock me up my arm and my husband felt it too. The shower and sinks have strong salt water from the ocean, so we needed to use bottled water to brush our teeth. I messaged the hotel prior to our stay to see if they could help me prepare something in the room before we arrived for my husband's birthday, I said that I would pay for it, and they were not willing to help. Free wifi only works if you're in the front office. NOT worth the price. I normally write stellar reviews and have zero complaints. Like if one thing goes wrong its nbd but it seemed like so many things kept going wrong. We stayed somewhere else for a quarter of the price and it was 10x better. This place is NOT a 4 star hotel.

The aesthetics were beautiful. If you want good pictures, you can definitely get them here. The flowers made us feel like a little escape. The bed was comfortable.

The room they assigned us was terrible. Next to lobby and can hear front desk. Had to keep bathroom window open to get fresh air; therefore, we had mosquitoes and insects flying in the room bitting me. Can't open curtains in the room because the view is a parking lot and people walking by can see in. The room is small and smelly. The safe didn't work and staff never fixed it and put it back I'm the room. Far away from city center and 15 minutes walk. Not ideal during the day because it's very hot on the island. We paid $100 USD per night and it was not worth the price. Avoid and find something closer to city center.

I like the complimentary hot and cold water and tea. Wifi is good.
