Staff were really nice, patient and helpful and did their best to accommodate our large group of eleven people before the official check-in time (3pm) since we had a few older adults with us. Location is perfect!

The room wasn't having as much light as in the pictures (the picture displayed another type of room, the one we received was just having a small window above the door, but the staff and overall experienced was nice for our 1 night stay

The staff at the reception was very welcoming. They offered us useful tips and were always ready to help. The breakfast was very good and the man serving was very kind. We wouldn't hesitate to book again when in Bogota. The receptionist provided us as well a small printed map and explained is how to get around the city and which are the main attractions.

The rooms have few amenities, but the price is great, so you can't complain.

The floor of the room had some issues that made me wonder if I was going to step through it. The wood had a lot of give, and there were gaps between the boards

Casa de la Vega was just the perfect stay for our short trip in Bogotá. The lobby arranged a taxi service from the airport to the hotel, which is in the popular neighborhood called La Candelaria. This place is full of nice coffeebars and small restaurants. Also, it’s close to Monserrate with a beautiful view over the whole city. Tip: if you visit Monserrate, make sure you get a taxi back to the hotel or restaurant. Especially at the end of the day. The people at the desk are extremely friendly. The hotel is in a family for years and you get a very cosy authentic atmosphere as soon as you enter the stay. In the middle there is a beautiful patio where you’re able to relax and plan your program of the day. The lovely hotel colors creates a nice atmosphere. The rooms are very clean with a nice bed and bathroom. This was the perfect way to start our travel!

Bath towel bar were broken. Hair dryer was burned, thankfully we got a new one promptly. The water came out of the shower wetting the whole bathroom

The staff were so helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was spacious and amazingly comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and has so much character. The hotel is well located, it’s within walking distance of so many museums and restaurants. The security system and policies made me feel very secure.

Noise from the toilet from the neighbours.

Great central location for us, we felt safe around. Staff was really nice and helpful. 24/7 reception too. The rooms are quite basic, but fair for the budget. Good breakfast, too.

It was a bit noisy at night as there is a busy road outside. But it didn't bother us too much we still got a good night sleep.
