The pool was very dirty and food offering wasn’t great

Lovely staff, great atmosphere. Best little dog !!! Really friendly home environment. The room was clean and the ac worked really well.

- The neighbourhood might not be the safest one (Unless you are in the very centro, nothing is anyway.. but I prefer this experience that is more like being in a family than be surrounded by a ton of tourists..). During the day its safe (try to not look at cellphone in the street as if you are lost.. you can enter in a restaurant or store to checkt it, people are generally helpful)

- They were super friendly and helped me out a lot. They came to get me from the aiport (and waited 45 min for me!), helped me get a simcard and help me again when I left and forgot my charger (they saved my life with this one!). - Bed was confortable, quiet, roomy, clean - Pool was really appreciated. - Location is 15 min to the beach and castle - I loved the little doggy :)

Communications were good. The room was comfortable and quiet. Common areas were kept up and clean.

Our room windows looked onto the corridor so we could hear alot of noise in the hotel. The location is far from the walls but still possible to walk. The pool was half full and the water seemed stagnant.

The family and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The dinner they serve is great value and tasty. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They have a lovely dog called Suzie too!

It is a familly run hotel - all family is friendly, helpful and really really nice. They also speak english ;). Location is perfect - 15 min walking distance to Fort San Felipe, old centre and the nearest beach. The location is in the centre, but calm at night. The parking is safe and inside the yard. Breakfast was nice. The pool is quite small, but ok.

Great hosts!! The hosts are always there and they are super nice, inclusively gave us a ride when we needed, for a nice extra. Have many recommendations of tours etc. The bedrooms are clean and have AC. You can walk to Getsemani if you aren’t too unused to the streets there.

25 min walk to el centro in a safe neighborhood with children playing outside even late at night which is a great deal. Staff is so kind and friendly!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful on multiple occasions. We stayed in a 2 bed private room, very clean and if anything needed cleaning all you had to do was ask

The only thing we did not care for was the laundry service there. Over priced (20,000COP) per load, came back smelly and damp even though we dropped it off Friday for a Sunday check out.

Everything else was good, Ms Marta is a great host and the staff were good. The bed was very comfortable and they keep the property very clean 🤠. Easy walk to get busses and also to the local pueblo for food and drinks. Nice 👍 kitchen 😄 and all the utensils needed for your meals.

There were some problems with the air conditioning breaking down in my room, but I was able to change rooms when this happened.

Marta, her family, and the staff make you feel welcome, the WiFi is strong enough to handle my video conferencing calls for my job, and Marta went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable in my work space.

* A/C leak - the A/C unit in my room leaked constantly, flooding after longer runs. It is not installed correctly. * Bathroom sink - The sink leaked whenever the water ran. * Mildew - There was a very strong mildew smell in the room, I suspect from the leaks. * Bed/pillows - Mattress and pillows are due for an upgrade. * Location - 20-25 minute walk to the centro. You'll need taxis at night. Limited options for food nearby. * Markings - Doesn't have an address or sign, so finding it can be difficult. The area is not well known to many drivers. * Construction - Didn't bother me, but be aware they're renovating and workers start around 7:30 AM most days. * Pool - Because of the construction, the pool area isn't particularly usable or clean.

Very, very small Bathroom, slightly uncomfortable bed, the neighborhood on the way to the city center.

Nice Hostel with friendly owner and perfect working A/C. Absolutely Ok for one or two nights but don’t expect too much
