The marble floor of our shower was extremely slippery when wet. You must place the “do not disturb” sign on your door to ensure privacy. The elevators did not always follow instructions.

The staff is exceptional. All speak some English, especially Nicole at the front desk. The water in the shower was very hot. Housekeeping was very attentive. Breakfast was very good and varied somewhat each morning. Location was pretty central to stores and restaurants.

The phone in the room did not work. The AC was leaking first day however was overall comfortable

I like the location. It was in a very quiet area and near a lot of attractions (Malls and shopping malls)

The expectation was much higher given the 5 star status the hotel claimed. However, as we arrived at the location, this is just a typical executive 3 and a half star hotel. The swimming pool is tiny and so crowded people had to stand one next to the other as if in the rush hour subway car.

Great breakfast, large room, comfortable bed, good value, quiet location. Staff is helpful, good garage space, as the location definitely requires the use of a car to move around town. I would come back.

We rented two rooms and one of them smelled a bit funny because of humidity. It looks a bit older than the photos.

The location was good. There's supermarket right in front of the hotel and some restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool was spectacular. The breakfast comes with variety of choices and fresh fruits were fantastic.

Check in is at 3pm and luckily they allowed me to check in at 2pm. The only thing I didn't appreciate what that when I arrived around 1:30pm, went to the lobby front desk and let them know I was there to check in and would wait until 3pm in the lobby to check in. But then I saw group of people checking in around 2pm and not one employee decided to let me know that I could check in at that time (2pm) if I wanted to. I had to go back up to the front desk and ask if I too could check in early since everyone else was.

The room is very spacious. I stayed on the 11th floor which by the way had a great view of the sunset every night through my floor to ceiling window. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well. The bar is not included in the cost, so at check out you will get charged extra for it. The pool is small and on the rooftop, it does get windy up there so I don't recommend getting in unless you're okay with getting cold in the water. I did not eat the complimentary breakfast so I can say anything on that.

Just make sure when it's a return customer giving a good room. The first night I had a room with no hardware1001 They switch me to1106 Better But it's right next toh the housekeeping A lot of noise in the morning. I will One more time. I stay usually between 4 or 5 days. You should take care of me or upgrade me the next time
