If you stay in the wooden cabins, you can hear everything from outside. It was very noisy the whole night, so we didn't sleep very well. The breakfast was regular.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was visually pleasing, and the pool was also nice and clean. The cocktails are tasty.

The room was too dark and small, the bed was really too small for 2 persons. The service in the bar is too slow and the music was on even after 10p.m. The water in the shower is cold and the rooms are full of mosquito and insects because of the structure of the bungalows.

The place is really peaceful and relaxing. The staff was great and helped us a lot with our luggage and with some adiveces. The swimming pool is really nice.

There was mold on the toilet and it smelled throughout the room. It was a bit difficult to sleep from the smell.

I asked in advance for a quiet chalet, but they put me in one which was right behind the bar - which means it was loud till 11 pm and all the cooking smells were entering the chalet. Not really possible to sleep. There was not hot water.

Nice looking facility, breakfast was fine but only a tiny portion of fruits, close to the beach and the central street.

The location is somewhat out of the way. It is the little things that I missed, such as an extra roll of toilet paper (we had to ask for it), only 1 towel per person so also no towel for on the floor in the bathroom and only 1 very soft pillow per person. No reason not to book but that makes the difference between good and great.

This hotel is far away from the center, is literally in the middle of nowhere, i had to walk over 10 minutes in complete darkness at night time in the jungle to try to find something to eat in the main street of Palomino. This place is much smaller than what it looks on the pics, it doesn’t even have a backyard. The staff was not very welcoming, they actually came inside my room without knocking saying they were going to clean it while i was there, not very professional. I asked the manager how much will it be for an extra night, and he raised the price from 110k to 150k just over night.

The ac in the room was good.

Not enough space. Huts are to close together. Too few 'chill spaces/ beds/hammocks: Only 4 beds at the pool for the entire hostel. Small beds. The huts smelled (yeast!) There are certainly better options for the money.

Brian is a very friendly guy, who does everything he can to facilitate a pleasant stay. Nice swimming pool. The place is wel taken care off

guests noise and music goes past the 10pm curfew, penetrating the room, not quiet or peaceful, all rooms seem to face the pool and bar area so this seems like it cant be avoided. Bartender was not friendly or welcoming.

Brayan, the manager, was very friendly at first, but he had a strange, unprofessional attitude for the last half of my stay. I wasn't sure how long I was staying in Palomino, so I extended my reservation on Booking a few times. The result was that I had to change rooms each time. At one point, I asked whether they had any air-conditioned rooms where the air-con doesn't blow directly on the bed. Brayan entered one room and quickly, brusquely shoved the furniture around to reconfigure the room. Of course, he didn't say anything, but he was clearly irritated at my request. I didn't think I was making an unreasonable request. I was simply waking up congested because of the air blowing directly on my face, so I decided to ask. I'd actually considered staying for one month, which is why I wanted to be comfortable. The irony is that the owner and his wife seemed quite happy to have me "live there," but it seems Brayan felt differently. The last two times he saw me he completely ignored me; he wouldn't even respond to a simple "hola." Is that really necessary? A few notes regarding the co-working space: It's a very nice space, large, open, inviting with high-speed fans, good ventilation, & great WiFi. The restaurant is directly below the co-working space, and sometimes the music is rather loud, even during the day. Some people are perfectly fine working with loud music, so take this as you will. The music is almost always the same mix of Top 40 dance hits and reggaetón. Often when people use the pool, they turn on their own music on their phones, so then you're working to the beat of two different musics at the same time. (It's not a big place; the pool is right there, so you're going to hear everything. The rooms are all close to everything as well.) I feel if you're going to advertise a co-working space, and put up signs about keeping it quiet, then you should be mindful of this.
