The staff seem to exert limited control over the guests, on one of the nights at 2am one of the guest (drunk) claimed her bed was too uncomfortable and then set about moving her stuff out into another room by turning all the lights on and shouting, the staff member on the desk did nothing to stop this and allowed the chaos. it also probably isnt he best hostel if you want to meet people, alot of people are couples looking for a cheaper night than a hotel or digital nomads who are working most of the time. the location is also not ideal as it is on the edge of the touristy (safer) neighbourhood.

The hostel is very professionally run and the bed/compartments are very nice and gives you the extra space you dont normally get in a hostel.

The "boxes" in the dorms you are sleeping in are amazing. You have your own space and privacy, and even in a 12 bed dorm you don't mention much from the others. The rooms and the bathrooms were really clean. It's placed in Getsemaní and you can reach the port or the Castillo by 10 minutes walking.

My room was not as in the pictures on booking. The showers and toilets were not so clean. However, it is ok to stay a couple of nights.

Despite the fact, that the locker in my bunk bed was trapped, and sometimes I got piss off because it was hard getting my things out, I can say it was a good room, and each bed has its own curtain so it was good to have some privacy.

it’s hot in the common areas, pools a big bath. needs a couch I had previously stayed with them and I booked a new date but had to canel due to my boat cancelling. they wouldn’t refund or partially refund, some leeway would be nice.

The room/capsule is very small, there is only 1 toilet in a room of 18 beds. The toilets and showers outside the room are not very comfortable. There is not hot water, even if it's so hot that u don't really need it. Getsemaní is a very good location to stay, the hostel is situated on the last road of the area and a night can be dangerous, i didn't feel safe.. One block inside it would have been perfect.

The hostel is nice, good vibe, staff and breakfast. The capsule/room is a good option as it's very private, even is it's very small.

The idea of the beds is really good, BUT if you are over 1,80m you won’t have space in that bed, it’s just to short. Our doublebed was directly next to the street, it was sooo loud. The aircon was on top of us, we were freezing at night. There is not really an atmosphere. I did not sleep well.

The Location is amazing, I would prefer staying here over centro. The free salsa class was really good!! Staff is nice!

The mosquitoes, but I think it’s just a consequence of having an outdoor space. Bring bug spray!

a great mix of indoor and outdoor space. I loved how the rooms had the pods instead of regular bunk beds. You felt more privacy even in a shared space. I worked remote for an entire week (40hrs) and it was great. The WiFi was strong and consistent throughout. There wasn’t much noise during the day so I was able to work without distraction.

I wasn't a huge fan of the lobby being all outdoors after walking around all day but I did enjoy the space and that it was immersive to the environment. I don't believe the A/C worked one night. Quite hot but fine. My sheets weren't the cleanest looking.

It didn't seem to be a very social place. The cubes don't allow for a lot of interactions and the patio has several small tables, which doesn't let people interact too much

The cubes to sleep in are very spacious and comfortable, the AC in the rooms is much appreciated, cause it's very hot in Cartagena. The location and the property itself are also nice.

They have a nice cool jaquzzi you can use till 12:00 in the night. It is a calm hostel and there is enough space to chill or work.you sleep in a pod on a comfortable mattress. It is nice that you have quite a lot of privacy with the blinder down. Definitely would stay again
