Spotty WIFI which can be expected

Beautiful location, nice pool, friendly helpful staff. Stayed in the private rooms where the bathroom is pretty dated but otherwise comfortable with AC and a hammock on the private balcony. Great common facilities, music is a bit loud and could be lowered a bit, but it didn't take away from the friendly atmosphere.

The bunk beds are fine but move as soon as one of the two parts moves. There is almost no space in the big dorm to put your stuff down so everyone's stuff is everywhere. The lockers are tiny, I could barely fit my laptop in there.

Amazing place to spend a few nights! Perfect location to visit the park. The vibe was super nice, especially for solo travellers, with family dinners every night and other activities. Solid wifi, even for meetings. The entire thing is so well run and organised with the bracelet system so you don't have to carry your wallet around with you.

The staff - apart from the lady who did the happy hour announcements and then proceeded to seem like the only member of staff to do anything in the hostel. A lot of them seemed like you were an inconvenience to them whenever you asked them for anything and there didn’t seem to be much joined up thinking between them. The family dinner is good but it is cheaper on the menu for the same dish and a bigger portion which is a bit off? Also no WiFi in the rooms.

The pool is great and the view from the pool is fantastic. It is a great base for going into Tayrona national park and great that they store your luggage for you. The family dinner is also nice and is a good way to meet people.

Food is really average and very overpriced (everything is done on a wristband and our payment was way too high for what we got - feel like maybe some items were added by accident each time we ordered as they don’t show you the breakdown?). The packed lunch for the park was a soggy wrap that fell apart when unwrapped so inedible which was kinda annoying

The hostel itself is beautiful and well located next to the Zaino entrance to tayrona park. The vibe is good in the evening and very social.

The laundry service is shockingly bad... had all my laundry returned crumpled up in a ball, most stuff needs redoing as it's too creased to wear...

Lovely spot and a short walk / bus hitch from zaino gate. The pool is amazing. The food is good, but a little overpriced. The rooms are nice, get an aircon room, you won't regret it! Nice social but relaxed atmosphere, lots of people hiking each morning early in the park so more of a relaxed atmosphere

The included breakfast was average and the system for ordering / service wasn’t very good. One person taking orders, collecting food and serving it meant during our three night stay our breakfast was forgotten twice and a lot of the time it was served lukewarm. Beds in the dorm could have done with a shelf to put things on - the top bunks have a massive gap between the wall which makes it easy to drop stuff.

The location, pool and the view was amazing. There is plenty of common space to relax and the family dinners are great value. Dorms were spacious. Staff were very welcoming when we arrived. It was a sociable hostel but more chilled vibes rather than a focus on drinking etc.

Location: About 15-20 min walk to Tayrona National Park. The common area is very big and really relaxing, ideal for meeting other travellers. The rooms were really good. I stayed here twice (before and after a stay in Tayrona National Park). The first stay was in a 10 bed dorm which was open (no walls) to the lovely breeze. It was designed really well and didn't feel that there were 10 beds in it. The second stay was in an air conditioned 8 bed dorm which was good also. The have an excellent pool area overlooking the jungle. The staff are really friendly and chilled which adds to the atmosphere. It's the best Hostal I've stayed in after over 6 months of travel.

I stayed in a private and I found it a bit expensive for what it was, it was also very loud as it was just below the rooftop and across the kitchen. The AC wasn’t working the first day but the staff fixed it when I mentioned it and gave me a discount.

Really great hostel - the location is super convenient just at the entrance of Tayrona, the infinity pool is amazing and the views from the rooftop and the rooms are incredible.

It’s a wonderful hostel, with really nice and clean rooms. We stayed in a bungalow, which has really great view. But the real diamond is the view from the swimming pool at the sunset! Stuff is very nice and friendly and the ambiance is really great! Hostel is very close to Tayrona park.
