We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThis was the third time at Ocean Suites so I obviously love this place. it’s a really good vibe. the rooms are very stylish and comfortable. This is the most central location in Santa Maria and also the sea is right in front of it. I really liked hearing the waves from the room. Breakfast was great too, and the staff is the best in Sal! Elsa and Nelson are always so friendly and nice, and will make sure you enjoy your food. Stefania was excellent! very efficient and great to talk with. I’m looking forward to my fourth stay 😊

SwitzerlandThe staff is very sweet and welcoming. Stefania was great and very accomodative when we asked if we could stay more nights than planned! :) The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is very tasty and the vibe of the restaurant/bar at night is great! The hotel is very well located (30sec from the beach). We loved this place and would highly recommend ! We would also recommend to go on a tour of the island with Monica, she's great and explains really well the island's history with details and stories :)

The suite was very spacious and very comfortable. It is just behind the beach and in the heart of Santa Maria. it has a lot of character. the staff that work at the Ocean Suites and Ocean Cafe is great, especially Elsa who was brightening up my breakfasts there. this was my second time there and I feel at home.

Our stay at Ocean Suites exceeded our expectations. The property looks like a 5* facility with beautifully designed suites perfectly located in the center of Santa Maria. The central location allowed us to experience Santa Maria at its best with almost everything being in walking distance from the accommodation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and ready to be at your service whenever you require. Special thanks to Bobby, Head of R&D. When our AC stopped working she immediately provided us with a solution. Our stay at Ocean Suites really felt like being home away from home. No doubt that whenever we come back we will stay here again. Price/Quality ratio could not have been better.

BelgiumSuper noisy room. The restaurant has live music/DJs every single night so it is impossible to sleep before midnight. After midnight the music continues, but not so loud.
The staff was super nice and helpful. Very convenient location. The room and breakfast were also good (FYI - the breakfast is not buffet style).
