Perfect location with a balcony overlooking the central bus station and beyond. Smooth access to the apartment with clear instructions where to find the key etc.

The building didn’t look nice from the outside. The ground floor was almost a ruin, but it didn’t matter for our stay. There was a good modern elevator in the staircase, but many of the lights in the staircase were not working, so it was very dark to enter the building and the apartment. The staircase was very dirty as well, so we recommend always to use the elevator.

It is a great big apartment with all the equipment you need for a wonderful holiday. The flat was very clean and placed very central for the city centre.

The building is kind of old and the underground parking is expensive compared to parkings in other parts of Cyprus. It was 25 Eur for 2 days.

The neighbours were quite noisy but this didn't really bother us as it added to the atmosphere. Layout of the bathroom was a little awkward in terms of getting into and out of the shower.

Never had a better pre-arrival experience with a host! Not only were the instructions about location and key collection really clear but there were also photographs to make it even better. The apartment is really spacious with a great outlook over the main square from the balcony. It could not be better located if you need to use local or intercity buses as the station is directly across the road

Entrance to building was in the alley beside the building. This might have been due to the fact that there seemed to be some reno's happening to the front part of the ground floor. Entrance to building was in rough condition and no lock on building entrance door. TV did not work because plug had been damaged. We advised owner so it could be repaired and we did not need the TV for our stay.

Location was great. Air conditioning worked well. There was an AC unit in each room. View from balcony. Kitchenette well equipped. Lots of hot water. Unit was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Working elevator. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

The location is perfect, opposite Solomos Sq main bus stop that i can commute around the main sightseeing place, right in the center that i can enjoy the nightlife around and 5 mins walk to the border. The place is clean and bed is comfortable.

Nothing within the control of the apartment. There wasn't a good grocery store close by that I found.

Comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa - a rare find, in my experience. Comfortable seating often does not exist. Small, but decent kitchen. Everything worked well, including the wifi.

The location of the property was excellent, the view from the balcony was good to watch over street and also you could see the mountains. The property was large but still cosy. Good communication and hassle free for key collection. Handy to have a car park across the road. Would stay here again and recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Nicosia.

The apartament is much smaller than it looks in the photos and the single beds aren't very comfortable.

It is in a perfect area, the view it's amazing and is very close to the most atractive point views. Everything was clean in the apartment, comfortable and the owner gave all her interest to have everything we wanted.

The position of the falt is perfect to can walk on foot through the city, principally to can reach Ledra Street, which is reachable in a few minutes. Bathroom was not so big, but very clean and absolutey comfortable. Despite the flat is very near a vert trafficated street there weren't any noises. Flat was very clean and cosy, provided with all the necessary, included very functional air conditioned. Owner provided us the opportunity to can park cark just in front of the entrance.

Hot shower just for max 10 min, there are no toiletries, just shower cream, iron didn't work, no coffee maker. The feeling of very dusty place and everything is much older than you can see in pictures. Also falks, knifes, spoons are really old (i would compare with soviet union hospitals). The biggest surprise was than after I told host that i will definitely write the review that description differs from reallity and tell experience I got, after my check out she sent me pictures of empty pills packs which I use with prescription and threw to the trash bin 😶‍🌫️ i do not understand what they were looking in the trash bin and what this behaviour means? 🤔 do not recommend for sure.

Location was really great. Just few steps from the bus stop.
