Very nice hotel, with kind and friendly staff. Everything was better than we expected. The room was very neat, clean towels every day. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Only 5 min walk from the nearest tram station, and it leads straight to the center of the city. Very easy access to all of the popular destinations. Private parking just around the corner.

Nice, friendly, caring staff, clean well maintained room (thanks to Natalia), tasty varied and plentiful breakfast buffet. Hairdryer, fridge are available in the room. Free secured parking area is included, you just have to drive 300 metres down the street to get there. We also got pleasant gifts: welcome drinks, vouchers to the roof terrace restaurant in the city centre, Prague pass card and we also were allowed to park car longer than checkout time. Thanks! Tram stop to Old town is in 600 m or 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is reflected in the complete peace at night. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great. Hotel also has the private parking space protected with the fence. But the biggest plus is the staff, who are incredibly friendly and helpful and always available if you need anything, especially Damir. All the best also, about the lady who was at the reception when we checked in - unfortunately I can't remember her name. We will definitely come back next time we are in Prague.

No fridge, broken safe, poor breakfast.

The personnel of the hotel is wonderful. And I also like a lot the localization - is near the public transport and far from noise of the center. And free parking place of course.

The hotel is located in a historical building built at the beginning of the 20th century, which makes the rooms charming but not soundproof. You literally hear everything that happens in the room upstairs.

It is a good hotel with extraordinary helpful and welcoming staff. The hotel has a free parking and a good connection to the city centre. Beds are very comfortable. With breakfast included, it's a perfect value for money.

The parking was is a short walk from the hotel, and you need to get the key from the hotel, park your car and walk back so it's a little bit inconvenient but not a big deal. At least it's free unlike most other hotels we've looked at in the area

The room was quite large and comfortable. and the staff was great. After checkout we spent most of our day in town centre and left both car and luggage in the reception no problem. Special thanks to Bohdana, who was super nice and helpful.

Though it was not a problem the rooms are styled a little old fashioned and are tired in places, this did not affect our enjoyment of the stay in the slightest.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful when needed. Shower pressure was outstanding. Great selection for breakfast. Even though it was -11 outside the room was still pleasantly warm. The transport links around the hotel are excellent negating any issue of being further out from the centre.
