The beds are very uncomfortable because there were to Hard for me.

The Spot was nice because it Was close to my festival in staropramen. Also the breakfast was good.

The breakfast was really good with fresh fruits, salad , breads ,baked beans , eggs, milk , tea coffee, juices . So even for vegetarians they do have good variety.

1.Breakfast tasty but all 3 mornings the same, nothing changes. It would be nice to have some porridge. 2.Pillow was really bad...hard to sleep on it

Clean bathroom with bath tube. Free shampoo, body lotion. 5.Comfy bed. Good breakfast. 6.Very friendly stuff. *we arrive on my daughters birthday, nice surprice in room-balloons, chocolate and greating card from the hotel.

The room was a bit too hot and stuffy, we had to keep the window open a lot.

Very nice place to stay, great location if you plan to use public transport - there is a tram/bus stop nearby and we were able to travel around Prague comfortably. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful :) Breakfast was more or less the same every day but tasty nonetheless, our room had all the necessities and comfortable beds.

We asked for double room and we got two twin bed with huge gape between beds. We also had those separate blankets, and even thought we asked for it they didn't provide us with blanket for double bad. The walls were not soundproof so we were hearing neighbor snoring.

We encountered an issue with the hot water, as for ensuring a hot shower or bath, you need to let the water run for 3-4 minutes at maximum pressure for the water to heat up. Once that’s sorted, the water is boiling hot.

The room had that vintage decoration / ambiance that might not suit everyone’s taste, (definitely not mine), but its cleanliness and warmth were notable making it a comfortable stay. As for the breakfast, it offered a decent variety of options. Also, the surrounding area proved convenient as there were plenty restaurants around and free parking spots. What stood out to me was the staff’s exceptional politeness, truly that was the best aspect of the hotel!

The breakfast is a bit disappointing. There's not much verity, and there's not enough tables for everyone. During peaks, people had to wait for a table.

We traveled as a family of 4. I booked the hotel at the last moment and honestly didn't expect much for this price but we were pleasantly surprised. We were also upgraded to a bigger room, which was a nice surprise, too. Very reasonable priced mini bar. All in all, a great stay.

The bed clothes were dirty and clearly hadn't been changed before we got there. It looked like someone had wiped their bleeding nose on the sheets. However, once alerted to this, the gentleman at the reception gave us new sheets and removed the unclean ones.

The hotel was simple but nice. Good location and friendly staff. The room was warm and had a great shower.

The bedroom could have been better illuminated especially where the hospitality tray is situated. It was a very dark area.

Overall, the hotel is good, staff all nice and you can reach then at anytime. 200 meters walk you can reach the tram and within 20 mins to the old city.
