great small hotel close to the river with everything the accomplished traveller needs... Very friendly staff. Especially Jana helped me a lot with every wish i had and even helped me with an important phone call i had to make in czech (i only speak english). so 5 stars for that.... my dog loved the awesome treats .... great parking

The television had like a 100 channels, but the only english speaking was a news channel.

Very close to metro and multiple tram lines. If you want to walk, the river is only two blocks away and offers a great view. Breakfast was not included on my stay, so the breakfast coffee and croissant was something around 10€, I found that too expensive, but luckily there's a few nice cafes nearby.

Showerhead was meant as wellness, but its massage part did not worked as I would expect. Bill for my business trip was not ready during my check-out. I wait for its receive via e-mail in next days. TV was a bit complicated and I could not find other than German programs.

Free wifi worked fine. Excellent breakfast arranged with love (many thanks to Tanja and Ivan). Very nice historical interiors renovated to comfort in sensitive way. Many thanks to all receptionists and especially to Jana for very kind help and guidance. Very nice bathroom with all what we need there... 3 different sizes of pillows prepared for my choice. Large and comfortable bed.

We had received in fact a room split from what would normally be an apartment. The only separation was a locked door therefore all the noise from the othet room came across quite loud especially since people were have a party(or just drunk). We had to call the reception as we couldn't sleep. The location is also not as close to the center as advertised. You need a serious walk to reach it. Overall an over-priced experience.

The staff was friendly enough even though they could use a bit more English language and people skills training. Some of them come across as quite arrogant.

Nothing really to complain about...

I absolutely loved the hotel's captivating interior adorned with exquisite artistic paintings throughout. It created a delightful atmosphere that instantly made me feel welcomed and enchanted, adding a special touch to my stay. Please do not overlook the helpful and charming individuals, Rodion and a lady whose name temporarily escapes me; they provided me with comprehensive information about Prague.

The Hotel was asking for 200€ cash during check in. This is the first time in more than 10 years since I am travelling that a Hotel asked for this.

Nice rooms in the cener of Prag. Easy to reach by car but it is not easy to find parking which is free of charge.

The room was pretty spacy and the hotel is located in the great proximity to the historical centre and the river.

It is really fancy hotel however I have some comments like: I didn’t know that it doesn’t accept card payment and they require 200€ or 5000czk unless I already booked, and this mad me a little bit upset because I had to look for an ATM machine to withdraw the money. We asked for 3 separated beds and I was expecting it once I arrive, but was not ready at that time and we asked for help to separate the beds. The AC was not so good with annoying peep in sometimes.

The first night had no AC, they tried to fix it but we just left the window open so that cooled it down, was just very loud at times from the traffic. They did get it fixed for our last two nights. Much better and quieter. Never did get our safe fixed. Not a huge deal either but would have been nice since we put the do not disturb sign on our door before we left and they still ended up going in and cleaning the room.

Love the styles of every room. Very nicely done. The people who work there are very accommodating, or try to be and friendly. Lots of space in our room. We had General Hannibal. I do recommend this hotel for your stay in Prague.

according to 5 star hotel , they has to be clearly with customers about the breakfast, they don’t have fix prices for breakfast, i was really improvised they took 21 € , I thought 8-9€ i remember asked the reception lady , I don’t to why they charge more ….

The room wasn't spotless-clean (just clean). If you want to go to the tourist attractions, there is a 10 minute walk to the tram station, which makes the total duration nearly as same as walking all the way.

The building and furniture really give the Prague vibe.‌ There were many bars and entertainment options in the walking distance alongside the river. Staff were nice and helping. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

It was fairly dated. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and my fiancee and I even had to share single bed blankets.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The location was ok, probably slightly too far out of the city centre. However, with e scooters everywhere this wasn't an issue.

A few flaws: once the paper towel was finished on the first day it was not replaced for 3 days, if you return late, the door is closed and there is no way to access except by ringing the bell.

the guy who works in reception is always available and smiling, the structure is beautiful and there is a retro atmosphere.

The 2nd bed in the presidential suite was uncomfortable. There was lots of furniture in the room and was hard to walk around.

Close to public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. Parking on site for 20 euro per day. The bathrooms were modern and updated. The lift was fast and reliable. We stayed in the presidential suite and the king bed was very comfy. We did not have breakfast. The staff was attentive.

The distance to the city center takes a little more than half an hour on foot. you might think the hotel is completely closed but it's not (: receptionist ‘Ipek/Zhıbek’ was very helpful and understanding. also thanks
