A quiet hotel with super comfortable beds. The staff smiley services. Simply excellent. The Wenceslas Square only about 10-15 walk from the hotel.

A very pretty hotel. I'd like to say that the receptionist helped us a lot to find a doctor. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but please give her a raise.

Breakfast was good and with a good number of choices and some variety every day. Room was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. Even though the hotel is not super central, it is located at 5 min from the metro station and several busses and trams are also stopping 1-2 min from the hotel.

The staff at the reception keep changing almost daily , not all of them seem to like the job which affects their approach while dealing with the guests. Some are good , some are rude.

Very nice hotel just a short walk away (10 mins or so) from the busy 'tourist central'. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows! Friendly staff, especially in the bar and restaurant. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

There is nothing negative to point out.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although I was very dubious about the location, the hotel itself is facing a quiet square and no noise was heard from the main street. Bed&sleep quality were really good. The room was not very new, but very clean. I cannot evaluate the breakfast, as I did not attend it. I did have lunch in the hotel restaurant and it was good. Staff was very friendly and much helpful. I believe I will come back.

I am a vegetarian but I don't like to bother people with this and make a fuss. So I don't ask for anything really. Breakfast was incredible but there were no labels or signs for the dishes - so I wasn't sure what can I eat. So I opted out of most of the hot dishes. Plus with so many international guests, I would definitely recommend labels. Some dishes are just not that obvious to identify. And some people don't like to talk in the morning! :D Labels would help. TIPS at the restaurant/bar: We attended the hotel bar/restaurant every day. The food was great and the staff was lovely. However, don't ask for a tip... that is just so impolite, especially when we didn't even see the bill... I have never left a place without leaving a tip for the staff, but I do find it rude when I am directly asked to do so.. I went to pay for the whole group that dined in the restaurant the first night. I asked for the bill and I was asked to pay at the bar. I went to the bar and I didn't even see the bill at that point (noting we already had money on the side for the tip, which I would leave after I paid) and I was asked about the tip as we didn't leave anything on the table apparently? It ruined the experience on the day for me, but I let it go. Plus I thought it may be a miscommunication. However, I stayed for 5 days and saw that this was the case with other guests and 'a thing' for us every day. Be better.

The room was incredibly clean - I checked everything and it was just without any issues. Comfy bed, quiet room, kettle in the room, fridge in the room and so much space!! Plus I had a lovely view from my window! Absolutely fantastic! All staff were so nice and helpful - my charger broke one day and a lovely lady at the reception (sorry I didn't get the name!! ) let me borrow her personal one for a couple of hours. Jarka showed us around when my partner arrived and recommended other places to stay next time (their other hotel Tetrevi Bouda?). Everyone was just nice but no one was bothering you. The food was gorgeous and the breakfast staff was always there and everything was kept clean throughout the service.

There could be disposable slippers in the room. But I think to be sustainable they didn't put them on purpose. Except that everything was great.

The hotel was close to so many attractions and public transport. Our room was clean and had a view of the park. The breakfast was amazing. Though I have food sensitivity , I was able to find so many options. Staff was okay.

Nothing we didn’t like.

The room was spacious with high ceiling, very clean and quiet. Both the staff in reception and in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and we felt welcome at all times. Breakfast was more than adequate, don’t expect too much choice but what was offered was fresh and delicious. The bar is also very nice and welcoming. Situated within 20 minutes walk from the Wenceslas Square or 5 mins walk from the nearest tram / underground station it was central enough for us.
