Beds could use a "refresh". Very hard...bedding seemed rather dated. Very difficult to get a good night' sleep

Location is far from old square etc .. every time need to take a tram or taxi , walk is long Room cleaning not upto the mark. Very stingy in giving daily items like lotions, tea bags etc. No complimentary water either

It was my second stay and once again very positive experience. Underground garage for 20eur per day is great. Very professional and helpful staff. Location is very good as tram stop is right I front of the hotel with No 22 goes directly to town centre

Great stay for visiting the city. The hotel is very well located (only 2 min to the tram station with a ticket machine, so you can by the ticket and then don't forget to validate it when getting in the tram), the room was great, spacious, clean, with comfy beds, clean bathroom....!!! everything was perfect! We reserved a place for parking the car in the garage with a fee of 25 euro/day (aprox)

I would say, that almost every hotel in this location has "kind of" old looking style, but I have missed is USB ports (could be implemented to the night table) or one more arm chair, since we were in double bed apartment.

Breakfast was really rich, staff was very helpful and location is amazing, few minutes walk from Prague castle and history center. Bathroom is huge with heated floor, at least in our room. Whirpool and sauna are great, even with no clue how that public/private timing works - we had to book the public time as well, but staff made our stay outstanding.

We specifically liked fast response of the hotel's staff to our needs. We enjoyed stylish  interior designs of the restaurant, lobby and library! Breakfasts not just did satisfy us with the variety of dishes but also brought a lot of great taste. High standards of the restaurant's waitresses should be highlighted too! Convenient location let us enjoy walking to and through historical areas of the Prague city centre. Thank you for unforgettable hospitality!

No complaints about anything!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In a good location if you don't mind being in a quieter area outside the city centre. Some nice cafes and bars not too far away. The tram stops nearby which will take you into the city centre. If you are happy walking then you can take a lovely 20 minute walk down the hill into the city - you need to be reasonably fit. You will pass shops and bars on the way.

In case of reserving of twin bed room, pay attention that the room will not be separated with a closed door from the other guest room...because you will hear everything throgh the door...

Not so far from the center, it is good way to reach the palace district, Petrin, etc. The breakfast was tasty and fresh.

The breakfast is great, the room was spacious and the bathroom was very good too. The tram (lines 22 and 23 will take you to the city centre) is very close to the hotel. Very friendly people working at the desk too.

The cleaning service wasn't the best. The bed was made, the towels changed, rubbish picked up but we haven't had the room vacuumed or dusted even though we asked the cleaning lady once. Although the cleaning ladies were always nice when we asked for extra shampoo or tissues but didn't understand English well, so it could be they didn't get when we asked the room to be dusted and vacuumed. But I think when you are staying for more than a week Dusting or vacuuming is needed without asking.

Location was perfect. Close to the castle, walking distance to Charles Bridge. A step away from tram stop which makes super easy access to the airport as well. Room was ok, beds comfy, room had mini bar, coffee maker and mini kitchenette with sink and essential dishes. Although we visited during Christmas, we had breakfast every single day, room cleaning service and there was always someone in the reception. Kudos to all the amazing staff, from receptionists, to cooks in the kitchen who worked during holiday season entirely for our comfort. The first day we arrived receptionists made sure we are happy with the room. We reported minor issue with the toilet seat and within minutes we had it fixed.

The location of the hotel is super, just a few minutes walking from the historical area, next to the hotel train station , there many good small restaurants with good cuisine and good price and also the exterior of the hotel is nice. Cosy lobby, where it's such nice to sit after long walks and interior is very nice for the making photo :) Big room with comfortable furniture and what even more important, big and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely OK. Very helpful ,friendly, and patient staff on reception and in the restaurant. I am absolutely satisfied with staying in Savoy Hotel and I can recommend without doubt. One small thing only, as for me, it was a little bit too hot in the room.
