No complaints but for feedback definitely needs another mirror as only one which is in the bathroom and you really need additional - say in the bedroom so one can get their hair and makeup on whilst other is using bathroom facilities. Shower tray drain plug was yellow so dubious how much it had really been cleaned. Counted 115 steps up to apartments 5 & 6 no problem for us but obviously won’t suit some.

Amazing location in the heart of the old town. Huge apartment. Didn’t use kitchen facilities other than the glasses and fridge so cannot comment on this. Beautiful light and airy lots of big windows which is unusual with many city apartments.

The apartment is on the top floor with no lift. The 114 steps to climb to the floor are quite challenging, but the panoramic view is worth it!

The apartment is so big and gets a lot of sunlight. There is a stunning view. Kitchen is well equipped, there's everything you might need. Bathroom is spotless clean. Spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed and sofa.

1. The cleaning can be improved. Generally it was OK, but the microwave had not been cleaned from a previous guest whose spagetti bolognaise had somewhat exploded inside. Also, there is no broom to be able to sweep the floors yourself during your stay. 2. The process for obtaining the access codes for the electronic locks on the apartment is tortuous. You get multiple requests to click on an unknown link in order to checkin via another unknown app. It indicates that payment is required, even though payment is handled by booking.com. You need to supply passport details, not knowing how those details will be securely stored, and if you are lucky, you will get issued the access codes. Unfortunately, you may be like the Spanish couple we met as we were leaving and do all of the above but don't get issued with any access codes.

A lot of stairs up to apartment (concider this if your less mobile if your of only average fitness you will be fine you dont need to be super fit or anything like that), bed and sofa where hard and not very comfortable but not deal breakers still a great place to stay.

Location was really super, bang in the middle of the old city, facilities I'm apartment where great alot of little extras the hosts are very considerate. The shower was big hot and powerful making for a lovely shower. Good communication from hosts. We where Very happy with our choice of accommodation I'd definitely recommend it.

I have a conundrum here because the apartment itself is great and the website advice does say "floors accessible by stairs only". Correct. What it doesn't say is for apartments 2, 3 and 4 there are 96 steps with 3 coded doors and when you are >65yo and with a 25kg case it is hard work. And every time you go out it is 96 steps down and 96 back up again. Apartments 5 & 6 have even more stairs. The sensor light on the 3rd flight heading up doesn't turn on until nearly at the next landing so you climb in the dark for a while. The TV itself is very good but unfortunately there are no English news programs, specifically BBC World, Sky News, CNN etc. The kitchen clock always showed 5.10! The door to the bathroom is very stiff.

The apartment itself was excellent - well appointed, spotless, spacious, great location, nicely heated for the winter, all necessary tea, coffee etc. quick and easy to contect internet - couldn't be faulted really. A great place to stay.

It was a little noisy but that’s not unexpected in its location. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that there was a bar that played loud music in the courtyard of the building. The beds were a bit hard and the duvets a bit thin. Thankfully there was a spare duvet so I was able to double up.

The property was very spacious and had everything you might need. It was in a perfect location for seeing everything you’d want to see in the Old Town. You could hear the astronomical clock chiming on a quiet early morning which is beautiful. It was good value for money. There were lots of locations for breakfast, lunch and dinner within a very short walk.
