Since our room was facing the street, the noise from the drunk pedestrian woke us up in the middle of the night several times when the window were open. The only way to block the noise was to close the windows but the room gets stuffy and warm in summer nights. The down comforters were nice but too warm for summer use. The bathroom wall has a big opening and you can see piping and the spider webs inside the wall. The bath towels were old.

Breakfast was really good and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is very central and convenient to walk to most of the sightseeing sites.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Inside one feels as if in a different world which has a mediterranean feel too it, with the various patios and locations for sitting outside the rooms. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower and breakfast. 20 minute walk from the central train station.

Nothing, there was an issue with the WiFi in our room but this wasn't a problem as could be used everywhere else in the hotel - the building is beautiful but old so this for the reason for this - Prague is so lovely we weren't needing it much anyways.

Everything, beautiful rooms, gorgeous decor. The Owner and Staff were so lovely, couldn't do enough to help - so friendly. I esp loved the breakfast and the patio area outside where you can have breakfast. Very cosy and comfortable. Excellent location for everything, and if you don't want to walk there is plenty of hop on hop off tour stops nearby. Excellent value for money - if I could give it more stars I would. We booked it in advance- and as its a smaller hotel if your wanting to stay I would advise early booking as I imagine it books up quickly.

The hosts were amazing, really welcoming and extremely kind and genuine. The athmosphere was great, the rooms absolutely perfect and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We will definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

What an absolute gem! Our room was spacious, comfy and beautiful. The bed was so great to sleep in after a day walking around the city, breakfast was in a beautiful setting and plenty of choice. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, I really enjoyed talking to all of them. David and Chris were just superstars and made us feel right at home, we'd book this place again in a heartbeat.

Such a fabulous stay in this gorgeous hotel with exceptionally warm and friendly service from the amazing staff, beautiful decor, and excellent breakfasts. Our room was spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed and strong hot shower. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would love to return.

Nana Mac’s was amazing! From the moment we set foot in the door we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco! The hotel is so clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were huge and perfect for our family of 4. All of the staff were so friendly, especially the two men who were on duty at breakfast. They kept us entertained every morning.

Beautiful, intimate hotel with lovely spacious room and a great courtyard. Excellent location. Staff are exceptional, all very friendly and welcoming. We were even provided with a breakfast box as we had a very early return flight to catch.

We didn't mind, but good to know that it's an old building and the walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything that's happening outside your door or in the next room + the shower can sometimes be a little temperamental with the hot water.

Beautiful place in an amazing location. The staff were all fantastic and really made us feel at home, we felt very comfortable staying at Nana Macs. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

We were here because of the Praque marathon. When we got there, we were welcomed with open arms! The staff were amazing , you immediately felt at home. The room was clean and the beds were comfy! Breakfast was great and almost everything was within walking distance. We definitely recommend this place and we would come back!

Fans in the room would have been nice, but everything else was so lovely.

The breakfast was fresh every day with nice options. David that helped with the breakfast service was the BEST. The entire staff were friendly and helpful with great personalities. Would stay again.
