I liked it all. The room is great. Bed is comfortable.The view from window is great,looking at the forest. Peaceful and cosy. Also, the pizzeria nearby have the most beautiful pizzas in whole country.

Quiet, cozy apartments with their own good kitchen and a small area in front of the windows with a table. The apartments are located very high from the center and this is only good for sports people (or you need to constantly use a car).

Parking space is tight. Not recommend for big van. Street parking is limited for residents. There was a mishap during our stay. Our group reserved 3 rooms, 1 of the room was mistakenly reassigned to a different guest and he got the key to access into our room, it was very unsafe. The hostess Loshkova is very helpful with such a pleasant personality, we really appreciate her.

Wifi connection very poor to inexistent, no bathroom ventilation. Room 202 cannot be closed from inside. If you're lucky, you'll find available parking place at the location, if you not, God may help you..

We just mised the posibility of leaving our bags in a luggage room for a few hour because we didnt have car, but it was not a problem because a super nice couple that were staying there helped us with the luggage, so everything was perfect, also the neighbours. :)

Incredible experience!! We were looking for a house like this, cozy, familiar, surounded by nature and well connected with the rest of the village (bus stop at 3 min walk). Everything was super clean and every human that we found there were good vibes (other guests, cleaning lady, local neighbours...). The services are so good, both kitchens were super well prepeared if you bring your own food you can feel at home. Also the weather was changing, first was sunny but at night was raining outside so being with a cup of tea in the balcony or inside the room looking at the views was such a memory. We actually recomend it for couples, but also for friends or familys because it dedpend on you to enjoy it as you want, of course always respecting, because is something that you can feel inside the house, respect. By the way they have drinks on the kitchen and you can buy it at anytime and leave the money there, this was also a beautiful detail of the house. 10/10 EXPERIENCE, WE ARE COMING BACK SOON, THE FOREST IS HUGE AND WE WANT TO EXPLORE IT BETTER HAVING THIS AMAZING HOUSE NEXT TO IT :)))

The pension is located a bit far away from the center of Karlovy Vary, it is ok to go by foot one way (from the pension to the center) because it's downhill, however it is quite hard going back by foot, as it is a very steep uphill walk... however, there are quite plenty bus lines that stop close to the pension.

The room was spacious and clean, there was a common kitchen-dining room shared with a couple of rooms, private bathroom with hot water and also heating in the room. There is a supermarket close by. Also there was a private parking space for guests of the pension.

It's a great place for a family stay. Very Cosy, clean and has a great location. There is a kitchen with all the utilities and also an area for picnic and grill. The online communication with the host was easy and we also met some staff before we left. Everyone was very kind.

All was perfect! No need to complain.

I can truly recommend the place. The spot is located near the centre and tourists paths. The room is spacious, clean and cosy. Our had two separate rooms and a bathroom. There is a kitchen available to all the guest. It has a coffee machine, a stove, and all necessary items needed to prepare a meal. The hosts are very helpful, friendly, full of empathy and easy to communicate. Loved the place and for sure will be back!

The pension family is simple amazing - our room was very spacious and clean, also the pension is in very quite place. Also there was a gift for us when we came, which we appreciated a lot. The owner was absolutely amazing and helpful. Definitely my highest recommendations for this place.
