Czech RepublicWe had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good, the location was great, and the room was clean. While it's not luxurious, it suited our needs well. We particularly enjoyed the wellness facilities, including the sauna, pool, and whirlpool, which were perfect after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant at the hotel was good, and the great hotel location allowed us to explore nearby restaurants too. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

GermanyWe had booked dinner for 7.30.in the hotel restaurant.Waitress quite stand- offish. We ordered a quite nice bottle of wine with our meal- which was good. Before 9 o’clock part of the restaurant was closed and lights were switched off.At 9.30 we were asked whether we wanted to order something, we declined as we still had a glass of wine from our bottle. We were then presented with the bill and a hint that they are closing- which had been obvious anyways. Hluboka is a small place where you are depending on the hotels since there are no other places to go. So we were forced to retreat to our room at 10- with a noisy and loud private party opposite the hotel, so that sleeping was impossible till well after midnight- the partying has been stated in many other reviews of this hotel- but obviously the hotel feels that the tourists come once only and don’t have to do anything about it. Night was over at 7pm, no blinds or proper curtains for the windows either.Upon our arrival we were present with a paper that stated that the restaurant was open till 11 pm and we could order till 10 pm btw.

Czech RepublicWhen booking it was not obvious we will not stay in a main building but in dependance. It was close by, but I would still prefer the main building. Room was ok. Welness was a bit small, for 2 ppl fine but I cant imagine 8 as its maximum. There would not be sufficient resting chairs. Pool is small.
Location was great, just under the castle, close to the city center and to the lakes.

GermanyThere was nothing to dislike but one must know that this hotel is around famous castle. Everything closes by 8pm or 9pm. If you are planning late night dinner better have it 7 or 8pm.
excellent facilities. I had read some negative reviews so I got conscious. But the hotel exceeded my expectations. Spacious room. Clean linen and bed covers with mini bar and fridge. Super clean toilet with bathtub and necessary toiletries. Staff was super helpful.

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view on Hluboka. We enjoyed the sauna and the relaxing massage. Breakfast was good, especially the white sausages. We also had a yummy dinner at the hotel's restaurant!

Czech RepublicThe room would have benefitted from tea/coffee making facilities, even at an increased charge. The hotel restaurant was on the pricey side, although the standard of service and food was good.
Exceptionally well furnished and spacious room. The bathroom was equipped with a deep, comfortable bath which was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast was varied and the check in, check out times were generous. The hotel is located amongst good restaurants and is a short walk to the beautiful castle. The town is a popular tourist destination, but is highly recommended for a night or two. Wi-Fi was excellent.
