The room only had "view" on a wall so it was quite dark, but it's a matter of luck when getting your room assigned.

This property really felt like stepping back in time - in a good way! It embraced old-world opulence with gorgeous woodwork and rich fabrics, all with an art deco era vibe as the name implies. The dining room and restaurant were an unexpected delight - 5star with impeccable service and wonderful food featuring traditional Czech cuisine as well as universal favorites. My husband and I enjoyed our meal there very much not realizing that we should have made reservations! They were able to fit us in, but the following night when 2 more couples joined, we couldn’t get a table. So we went to their annex restaurant called Next Door and had an equally incredible meal - slightly more modern dining room vibe but otherwise just as exceptional. When our family arrived late and exhausted and realized they’d left a bag at the airport, the hotel didn’t hesitate to offer to go and collect the bag for us - it was such a kind gesture and so appreciated! The staff was super friendly and professional. We loved our one-night stay here.

Staff issued wrong invoice with descrepancy to the amount I paid. Additionally charged me additionaly for city tax that I have already paid and is not responding to my request for explanation and adjustment

Beautiful art deco restaurant for brekkie and dinner. Nice sauna and steam room but no pool. Great location just outside the tourist area. Easy to take a tram anywhere in Prague, especially to avoid the walk up to the palace. Comfortable bed and spacious room.

Room didn't have a full length mirror and we would have preferred a walk-in shower - we didn't know that was an option until it was too late.

Location was excellent, very close to the Old Town tourist attractions. Breakfast was good and was served until 10.30am! Good spacious room and the staff were all very helpful. Also very useful having a 12noon check out

Hotel is well located with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and only 5 to 10 minutes-walk to the Metro/old town. Nice quiet room with a lot of natural lights, and very comfortable bed Buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from and service was good. Reception staff was polite and helpful.

NOTHING! There wasn't a single thing we didn't like, the hotel is a house of professionals, they have the smallest details covered for guests comfort. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

We were very excited to spend time in this beautiful hotel! From start to finish the whole experience was truly fantastic! The hotel and restaurant staff were giving us the real 5 star treatment, we felt very comfortable. We had a bottle of bubbles waiting for us in the room upon arrival, we had great sleep every night, amazing breakfast each day of our stay, the location is perfect, the building is stunning! Just everything was absolutely incredible, We can't wait to go back to Prague to get some more of this, :-) THANK YOU ART DECO , YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR!

The beds and pillows was too soft for me , but I guess it is personal for everybody..

The hotel totally met our expectations and even more. The service on the reception was excellent , with smile , everything were explained . There is a possibilty to leave you luggage, if your flight is late and the option for late check out for a fair price. It was very convenient for us. The hotel is extra clean , well decorated . Some would say too much and very "loud". I really didn't feel it. The location very convinient , near Palladium shopping center, a nearest metro Namesty Republiky is 200m away. The same line you can use to go to the airport by bus from Zlicin station . The breakfast was fresh and rich , really for most European hotels. And so the menu, if you decide to have your lunch in the restaurant . The room is pretty big , suggest you ask higher floor. The view was tremendous. Cleaned everyday . With new towels . The water is not complementary ... oh well ... my 5th time in Prague , and for now the best stay . Thank you !
