Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

DenmarkThe walls have scuffmarks all over the place, which makes it look a bit shabby. The toilet is not quite fixed in the room I have been, it rocks which makes this experience adventurous.
The room was overall okay, a bit worn, But otherwise it is carpeted, comfortable and just right when you travel for work. You also have a pitcher of water prepared and a little coffee station.

Czech RepublicPhotos for original buyout was offering better possibilities than originally mentioned or was visible and after payment lockout photos was showing lower possibilities/lower quality of accommodation. Slow communication, once not received confirmation about processing my request.
I really appreciate also vegan had possibilities to enjoy the breakfast. That way I highly recommend to pay for breakfast.

HungaryThe hotel was in full, that's why sometimes had to wait for the others 'till they finish their's breakfast. It's not problem, it's understandable around the new year. Next time maybe the hotel can open the separated are with curtain, in this case the breakfast area should be bigger.
We were second time in the Hotel and next time we choose it again. We're totally satisfied with everything. Nice place with parking possibilies, 0-24 receptions and helpfulness from staff. Thanks for all

SerbiaOne of the main problems is that Nozick has focused his whole thought experiment on an unquestioned, unreflected, prima facie understood reality. Otherwise, it is certainly debatable whether the intensity of SR alone reveals anything about the intrinsic value of an experience (I have the impression that to do this, we need to take each SR in turn and critically analyze them), however, if we follow Nozick's argument and also take into account what has been said so far in the paper, we might want to rethink the implications of the experience machine thought experiment considerably. If our counter-argument is carried through ad ultimum, it may well be that we would in fact want to tear or at least loosen “the cable” that plugs us into ordinary, consensus reality, and live a life that is embedded in deeper or heightened reality (as many spiritual and consciousness change traditions have said).
It was good. Buddha was there. Similarly, there are many who are convinced that the knowledge offered by the experience of heightened reality is in fact uncertain or even superfluous. Finally, it is worth mentioning those who argue that it is absurd to attribute to altered states of consciousness the ability to facilitate a close inspection of reality, but rather to contribute to take refuge from outer or inner reality, or simply to make possible the escape from reality in its entirety. Well, there have been many studies looking at how the lives of those who go through such experiences change - and often very positively - after the experience, depending mainly on the success of the integration. NetherlandsThe shower in our room was just sitting in a bath tub with the shower head in your hand. If it would have hanged on the wall with a shower curtain in the bath, it would have been better.

HungaryThe breakfast was not so variated, everyday same, it was fine in the first 2 days, but for the other days it was boring and we choosed other place to eat something else. The room prices are in average.
The hotel located in a perfect place, not in the city center, but everything easily reachable by public transport. Bus stop was 100 meters from the hotel. Free parking available, if you want it, it’s perfect place at behind of the hotel. The room was so big and the bathroom was clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. Our room was on the 7th floor and the view was amazing from the window. The elevator worked and you could go through the door with a magnetic key. Staff was kind and helpful. Coffee was perfect for me like chicory coffee and I liked that very much, it reminds me to my childhood. But my wife said it was horrible, but it depends on your taste, so it's not a bad thing.

Czech RepublicI had planned to eat in the restaurant but it was closed (rather earlier than advertised). But the receptionist directed me to a nice place a few minutes' walk away (Restaurace Na Ty louce zeleny) and so it wasn't a problem in the end.
The place was pleasant and modern (and has the same name as my daughter, one of the reasons I chose it). It was convenient for public transport, the room was comfortable, and there was a proper bathtub rather than just a shower. The breakfast was nice.

Czech RepublicI would suggest exchange of toilet seat for a modern one. I guess this is small act that has a big impact on the whole impression.
The location is wonderful as I needed to visit IKEM three times during my stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the inner organisation of the hotel is very practical. I appreciate the early check-in and late check-out was no problem. I asked about it one day in advance.

TurkeyI stayed 2 night with my family. Hotel’s good sides are free parking, breakfast and clean room. But one of staff is so rude. When we were having breakfast our baby(1,5) suddenly pulled the tablecloth and a plate was broke. I said to the staff “I’m sorry and I want to help. But she left a broom in front of me in the rude way. She was angry face and she didn’t even look at my face. If you are doing this job, you can be more understanding. Because the accidents can be happen. Anyway in the end I swept :) I don’t think I will go again. And I’ll tell to my friends and family they shouldn’t go. Thanks.

LithuaniaMany tourist buses arrive at the hotel, it is very difficult to pass when leaving, there are many people because there is no space in the waiting area. Poor breakfast is prepared, little choice. When many tourists breakfast does not allow eating outside. No reason given. There are two elevators, but they are too few to handle the number of tourists and the wait is long. Everywhere in the hotel is very hot, there are no air conditioners anywhere in a 4-star hotel. One breeze in the room. I would never rate this hotel 4 stars. It is close to the center, but you need to travel with transfers. They tell you to pay the money immediately for the entire stay so that you don't have to listen to what the guests don't like.
The beds are comfortable.
