We had a family room, i.e. two rooms sharing a bathroom and entry area, and in one of the rooms we could hear the people from the neighbouring room talking, even though they were clearly having just a normal conversation, no shouting or so. It's a shame that the walls dividing the rooms are not more soundproof because otherwise the hotel is lovely.

Good location near the train station and at a walking distance from the town centre but it was quiet. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and enough storage space. It was nice to have the tea/coffee maker and a few coffee pods and tea bags in the room. Heating was working well, which was handy as it was quite cold outside. Breakfast was tasty and with enough variety.

The furniture and towels were a little worn out. Could benefit from facelift. The checkout is very early compared to global standard. We had to be packed and out by 10:00.

The staff is very welcoming. Well located to walk to most placeses. Overall facilites were nice and clean. A lot of parking space.

The hotel met my expectations, and the only thing I didn't like was the provided pillow.

The hotel is located very close to the train station (Kutná Hora město - closer to the city than Kutná Hora hlavní nádraží), and the pedestrian area is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Check-in was quick and effective. We had a regular double room and it was more than spacious enough for the two of us. Comfortable bed (though I would've preferred a slightly higher pillow) and a clean bathroom with shower + bathtub. Everything you need. I suspect the room might get warm in the summer months due do the lack of an air conditioning unit, but the room temperature is a highly individual preference anyway. A buffet breakfast was available and it had all the usual suspects as far as a continental hotel breakfast goes. In addition to the hotel services, a spa is also available but we didn't try this.

Comfortable, well-furnished room, good breakfast buffet, great location for the local attractions and for the Kutna Hora Mesto train station. I walked to the Cathedral of St. Barbara from the hotel. The Sedlec Ossuary is a little farther away, but just one stop away on the train.

Thin walls between rooms make neighbours very audible. This may keep you up especially if the other guests are loud.

The location is central. Very near to bus stops. The bar and restaurant is terrific, offering quality meals and good beers. The reception was very helpful and even had umbrellas for us on a rainy day.

This is a wonderful hotel just a short walk from the old town. Very nice staff. Attached bar and restaurant. Nice clean rooms. Hotel has a lift. Very good breakfast. Ample free on-site parking. Great value!

Beautiful room for a 3-star hotel, large bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, generally the restaurant is cooking great. Large parking lot, just a few minutes from the town center.
