We didn't dine at the buffet restaurant during our stay, so I can't really comment on the quality. However, the only other dining option was a small restaurant area located beyond the lobby bar. The service was excellent, the food was great. Only negative, the menu had very limited choices. Especially for children. I understand that this hotel is geared for families with children of all ages. (Hence the buffet restaurant) However, a larger table service restaurant with more meal selections would be fantastic.

The location is superb. The hotel facilities are exceptional quality, especially the wellness, bowling, and ski storage areas. The breakfast is of a very high standard. The rooms are of a standard hotel quality, clean and comfortable. They do offer different pillow options, which was helpful for a family. The views of the ski area were nice. However, if you prefer a peaceful sleep, choose a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The snow making machines were running all night, which was disturbing.

The construction sites around the hotel which are planned to be finished at the end of 2025. It did not disturb us but was unsightly. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room! No room service. The restaurant in the hotel had too fancy and expensive choice of meals and very limited offer of deserts which did not taste great.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was generous with plenty to choose from, great selection of herb teas. Receptionists were pleasant and efficient. Also the welcome drink was a nice touch. I liked the secure ski storage. They have rooms and facilities for disabled guests, for example a pool lowering mechanism.

We had a double room. The only thing I can fault with the hotel was, they were two single beds, pushed together. That was only thing that spoiled it

Great family hotel in the middle of the peaceful region - Dolni Morava Resort. Hotel is located extremely close to the entertainment places and offers a lot of attractions for tourists with different interests.

English is not spoken so much, but it will come with more international tourists. Missing English translations in signs both in the Hotel and outdoor area. The Al la cart Dinner menu could be better, (the hotel also has buffet Dinner), also the cleanliness of the Al la cart restaurant needs improvement.

This is a very well located hotel for Outdoor activities, which we were looking for. Hiking, cycling, trail running, just outside the door of the hotel. Excellent Spa and massage, but you have to like children, because they are everywhere...., with their joy and laughter. Great hotel if you travel with small children. Interesting sights close by, the new 721 m sky bridge and Sky walk. An area in great construction and a lot of investment in tourism to making your stay memorable, interesting and enjoyable.

almost none of the personnel was speaking English. had to communicate in a mix of polish and czech. dinner menu in the a-la cart restaurant was so-so. hard construction works are happening around the hotel. in general it was not disturbing, but still views are interrupted, especially on the breakfast restaurant terrace.

nice hotel with a great location. rooms are clean and cozy. pretty good breakfast. big parking area for hotel guests. right near the chair lift to the sky bridge.

- Very bad breakfast coffee - No possibility to buy drinks in the evening - The staff seemed not very professional. There was a problem when we went to dinner in a group (part of the group arrived later and there was a problem with entering, even though dinner was paid in advance for the whole group). The reception was unable to provide parking information over the phone and there was also a problem on site - we lost valuable time due to park our cars. Staff provided incorrect information about the operation of the property (night bar).
