Hard mattresses. Plastic undersheet. Stayed there a few times. This time mattresses seemed very different. Very hard. No need for plastic under sheets (most unpleasant) IKEA does an excellent undersheet that has a towelling finish -- MUCH more comfortable experience. Many hotels are using these nowadays.

We had requested an early check-in but did not get it even a minute earlier. The room, although was more like a suite, it had a very "old" feel to it (and not in the vintage way). Just aged... Also, in the bathroom (which was also spacious and looked new), had a very distinct sewerage smell every time we would go into it.

The breakfast was quite nice and the staff was very professional as well as helpful! The interior architecture was also beautiful and since we booked a room with the lake view, we had a great sight in the morning to wake up to

We had a room above the lobby which was quite noisy as conversations from the carried into the bar well to 1 a.m. At 06:30h a youth knocked on the door who had lost his group.A short night.

the rooms and the interior is rather dull. A lot of grey takes the light and the positive mood away. It doesn’t feel cosy.

It would be the ideal stay, if our room (241) was not noisy from some kind of machine related to the functionality of the hotel. May be other rooms are quieter.

No Coffee/tea making facilities in our room. Previously we have had this facility without having to book a business room. This wasn’t clear on booking website. Electric car charging should be available

There were no slippers, no bath kit, the coffee machine was not working. Restaurant was crowded during breakfast time, but still ok. not really a 4 star hotel.

Staff were kind. very clean. The variety of breakfast options was acceptable but not perfect. The location was far from city center, but accessible with public transport. There was a wonderful park near to the hotel, perfect for relaxation.

The room was ok, had a fridge, towels, soap, hair drier. All the basics, nothing special. I found no recycling instructions, and just one trash bin. We asked for an electric kettle in the room, and they provided one, but no cups. This was a bit awkward. We had to ask for cups, and got 2 in the end.

The room was nice, clean, we liked the colors, the furniture and the decor. Big windows. It is well located considering its outside the city center, close to green areas and the science museum.
