Was cold (no heating except air conditioner).

There is no heating in the rooms except air conditioner. So in winter it's cold in there. And air conditioner could not heat whol room at once. It takes some time. Book it -- really easy -- you could chek in right in the hall (inside the building in front of main doors there is a booking terminal, so u could get access to the facilities 24/7, no keys, u just need password and u could unlock your door with this password). Perfect locaion if your train from Frankfurt was cancelled.

The smelly shower drain. It smells loke urin, but the staff quickly found a solution. It’s not urin, but a smelly drain due to a construction mistake with the pipes. The smell came back 30hours later, but that was okay. Just glad it wasn’t urin. It says on a sticker in the bathroom that they only change towels when you put them on the floor, to safe water and resources. We put the towels on a hanger, but they got changed anyway… Why?? It seems that the cleaning staff isn’t briefed properly. That should be changed!!

Great location at train station. Quick ride into Frankfurt. Breakfast is good value for money. They have gluten free bread!!! They have oat milk!!! Great!!!

Booked a family room to have some space for that many days - but the room had a double bed and two stacked beds, with minimal space around, smaller than a normal double room at IBIS or similar. Small table, small TV nearly touching the ceiling - not very comfortable to watch

The automated checking-in system outside reception times is a disaster. This urgently needs revision to make it more transparent and customer-friendly. We struggled and had to phone for assistance.

At first glance the room seemed clean but the room has not had a deep clean in quite some time (thick layer of dust on room air conditioning, build up of dirt in sink under the plug and drain overflow, dust in corner of table and some mould in the bathroom above the shower).

The location was very good. It was surprisingly quiet even though it’s beside the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they catered for special dietary requirements at breakfast. overall it was excellent value for money. The reception and breakfast area was well kept and clean. The keyless rooms were a pleasant surprise as you didn’t need to worry about leaving the key behind and locking yourself out of the room.

asked the night before if we could buy breakfast in the morning. we got the answer that it would t be a problem. but then I get day after only one of our two family’s were allowed to eat since the breakfast might “run out”.

If you have a "troubled" sleep, maybe the noise from the train station is a little bit annoying, at mornings. Ask for a room at the other side of the hotel.

If you want to work inside the room, be aware that the chair and the table are not really made for working purposes (not very comfortable).

B&B standard. Don't expect too much for the room and service, but you will have a great night of sleep (that's what is important).

The wifi was not working during my stay. The bathroom smelt a bit unpleasant- it seemed to be coming from the drains.

The location was very good, right next to Bad Homburg Bahnhof. The rooms were basic but at a good price and clean. The breakfast was a buffet with good options.

The only negative point that i would mention is the view from the room that has the window in front of the station and when we change ourselves we have to close the curtains and then the room is very dark.

The location is not hard to get to, from the main stain it's only a 20-min long trip by train and it's a very calm and pretty neighbourhood. The room was so clean and very cute. We were in a twins room and everything was there.
