It was very noisy around the bar so we didn't use it. I imagine it was ok for younger people.

The room was a good size with two armchairs and a desk plus chair. Ideal for a couple.

The bar staff were abrupt and rude. Ordering coffees during the day seemed to upset the staff? We had late evening drinks (11pm) and all requests seemed to be too difficult as if they wanted us to hurry up and leave. I walked through the lobby the following night at 1am, and the bar was open and drinks being served as normal. So now I just think the bar staff are a bit rude.

The hotel was fabulous! The gym was brilliant with brand new equipment. Breakfast was superb and our room was very nice and clean.

Staff were awful, v unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was not what we paid for or requested, paid for a superior room but ended up with a standard, staff so unhelpful with first enquiries it was difficult to try and raise another issue as they did not care at all. Reception gets busy with external conferences and bar staff ignorant bar one guy who was fine. Not close to major attractions but transport is excellent and close by.

Breakfast was good, nice selection and staff in there were most friendly there unlike other areas of the hotel. Ping pong access and gym both great.

The Wi-Fi was not working at all! I do not even understand how a convention hotel can not have a working Wi-Fi. Also room service took towels we left on the flor and hang them up again. We also did not get new toilets' paper until we put the empty roll, towels and glasses on the by the door and then we got new once (but only one glass not two 😂)

Breakfast was good, the location was brilliant and the vibe at the lobby/bar was good. The sauna was also an extra because we did not know about it before.

* Breakfast choices aren't bad, but can be better * "Innovative" self-check-in and self-check-out systems are a mess. It's hard to use on your own, so someone from the staff is helping you anyway. However, now they have no "reception", so it's harder to find someone who can help you. Online check-out simply doesn't work

* Decent location. Not that near to the most famous Berlin places, but in a good and quiet neighborhood * Comfy beds * Decent internet connection. However, you need to re-login quite often * Warm rooms * All basic check boxes are ticked

- Dark room - no main lamp, just some smaller ones, - Water was leaking from the shower - the shower base was too shallow, - Not enough sockets (we had to uplug some lamps to charge phones), - It was too hot in the room and the AC seemed not to be working.

When we arrived late evening we were able to log in immediately with assistance, but when we arrived at our room we found a double bed after asking and booking a room with 2 single beds. When we returned to reception we were informed we had been upgraded. If we are going to upgrade first we would have booked a superior room. If the hotel want to upgrade make sure the request for 2 single beds are met

Spacious and airy. Ideal place to visit all sites but away from the crowds. A good size bar with various snacks. Near a tradition German restaurant. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel and a pleasant surprise considering how good the pricing was. Convenient parking right on the property. I love Art and so the hotel has a very nice artsy feel . Very lively and yet super comfortable. All the amenities you would expect from a good hotel are available. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Love the self check in and check out. I stayed in the superior room and it was very spacious . You will not be disappointed if you stay at this hotel

Windows could have done with a clean, and the lifts to get up to the sixth and seventh floors took an age. Also there was no remote control for the tv in our bedroom

Almost nothing :) The distance to the center of the city was maybe a little bit uncomfortable sometimes. The shower was slippery, I slipped and fell down once in the shower. A handle or an anti-slip mat would be perfect.

The breakfast and the gym were amazing. The room was also really good: clean, beautiful and well equipped. The staff was really kind and checking in and out went smoothly.

Self check-in and check-out is a hassle. AC didnt work at all. Small fridge in the room didnt work at all. Room has paper walls and next room guest noises are annoying especially during the night. In general quite worn out.

Room size ok, bed very comfy, quality pillows and blankets, good water pressure on the shower. Very good breakfast, lot of variety and good coffee.

The coffee machine was playing up. Was some reason very hot to sleep. Air conditioning was always on. Also the bedding I think is quite thick. Wifi doesn't work in the room.

Clean, good service, free spa area and tennis . Very clean room and hotel. It was cleaned everyday in our room. And just such a beautiful hotel. I would recommend it. I would definitely stay here again..
