The spa wasn't the best, and we didn't get to really use it because there wasnt many sun beds. Was a little bit disappointed being a 5 star hotel.

The hotel stay was really nice, the downfall was the area and the room didn't have a bath. I thought it was overpriced. The spa wasn't the best. Water was cold, not heated, and there were not many beds to relax.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks very aesthetic and relaxing, colors are very well choose and so do the furniture.

The bathroom flooring is not designed evenly that water flowed out into the room. We had to put some towels to keep the water inside the bathroom. Please note that you have to ask for the toilet amenities (toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap, etc.) from the Reception - they are not standard to be placed in the bathroom.

Great location - near the shopping streets (Zeil) and train/subway/tram station Konstablerwache. A lot of good restaurants nearby (within walking distance) including some Michelin Guide ones (had dinner at one of them - Bidlabu). Newly renovated hotel & room. Taxi stand (useful to transfer to airport) is right in front of hotel. Friendly staff who speaks great English.

Bathroom door weird closing mechanism, door wouldn’t close unless it was locked and the lock was very clunky to use. Wine bar service 2/10, really slow, forgot our order for drinks and waited over an hour for some tapas food We had 3 large bags, no concierge when we came through at midday.

Location excellent, rooms lovely, bed very comfortable.

The tight layout of the bathroom and the lack of HVAC. The hallway has a distinct smell.

This newly renovated hotel is conveniently located steps away from the train station and busy central shopping district. You could walk across the bridge if desired. The highlights were in-room dining and the overall interior design. Also, the bedding was comfortable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your establishment, and while my experience was overall positive, I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. Room Cards: Consider upgrading the room cards to smart, modern alternatives. During my stay, there was some confusion between room numbers and assigned cards. Smart, fancy cards would enhance convenience and streamline the check-in process. Electronic Key System: The electronic key system within the app could benefit from an upgrade. A more user-friendly and efficient system would greatly enhance the guest experience. If this issue is addressed, it would eliminate any further inconveniences. Check-in Time: The current check-in time is quite late 3:00 pm. I recommend considering an earlier check-in time, perhaps aligning with the standard 1:00 pm check-in observed by other hotels. Additionally, offering flexibility for late check-ins or late checkouts would be appreciated. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I believe that implementing these improvements will contribute to an even more enjoyable stay for future guests.

The bar service was terrible. The persons in bar wasn't professional. it was the reason we didn't use the bar more than one time.

Room was perfect , comfortable large and clean. Location very close to shopping centre and train station . We didn't try the breakfast. it was a little expensive and we didn't choose .

Small thing but the cushion-backrest on the sofa kept sliding backwards despite the weight attached to it. I stayed in another room the week before and the one in there worked perfectly fine so perhaps there was a quality issue on that particular one. Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger.

Views through the window wasn’t that pleasant… Better to choose a room with the front door view. Conciege staff asked to get a taxi for me to the airport and the vehicle was so dirty and charged €65 (which is far too much)

Service can be slow when they get busy

Great location next to Konstablewache U Bahn Station with direct line to the airport and moments from Zeil with its shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was huge and really comfortable.

Unfortunatelly, if you have your windows facing the street, it can get quite noisy (i.e. - the sound proofing). Our stay coincided with the farmers strike and they passed the hotel at 5:30 am signaling their loudest and the windows did not cancel any noise. The bathroom was quite small and a bit difficult to get in to and around. Also, there were no small toileterries (like cotton pads, etc.), which from a 5 star hotel one could expect to have. The pool area is nice, but need to keep in mind that the pool is 1.35 m deep and there is no shallower or jacuzzi type of place in the pool area suitable for the smaller children

Very nice interior, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Special thanks to Ms Zaiga at the breakfast venue. Pool for children and sauna was a plus. Nice to have a "grab and go" option for a quick snack
