WiFi speed is not that great, I made better use of my Roaming traffic.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the entrance to Europa Park. Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was nice. Not very varied, but very tasty. We did not use the offer, but they have a fridge in the common lounge, offering some juices and beer at a more than decent price (the beer was 2.5 EUR per bottle). Rather unusual, the checkin is planned in the morning (before 13:00), however they did send a detailed message in advance and also repond to the telephone (I used German, because I speak it fluently). They have dedicated safety boxes with a PIN outside of the building so there was absolutely no problem that we arrived at 19:30 instead of before 13:00. You do have to announce that in advance.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful and speak excellent English. We were unsure if the air conditioning was working properly but hadn't raised it. The cleaning staff made the owner aware and he fixed it whilst we were out and let us know it was now working properly. The breakfast was excellent and we could have had more if we had wanted. It is a 5 minute walk to Europa Park and easy to get a bus to the water park and to the train station. The restaurant next door is very good and a lot cheaper than Europa Park.

Friendly, welcoming host. Simple yet comfortable accomodation and rooms with a generous continental breakfast daily (pastries, bread, deli meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, fruit juice, tea and coffee). Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk away from Europa Park main entrance. Bus stops for Rulantica close by though it can be walked also in about 20 minutes.

Room and breakfast were very good. It was a bit weird that besides breakfast the pace was unmanned. That was not necessarily a bad thing (a contact number was provided) - it just felt a bit strange not having anybody on site. Staff during breakfast were very friendly and breakfast itself was very good.

My colleague and I visited Cloudfest and Europa-park. It was an absolutely wonderful trip! The guest house is so close to the park that a walk take a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Our room was bigger than we expected and so clean! I visited a few guest houses in Germany, France and Poland but I've never seen such a clean room and bathroom, as if we were the first guests. Breakfast was good too! lots of delicious and fresh buns and strong coffee. Highly recommended to stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment and rooms were much bigger than expected and very comfortable. The location is excellent for a visit to Europa-Park which is only a short walk away. Good dinner options nearby for the evenings. Delicious and copious breakfast!
