Nice family room with 2 bedrooms and lots of space! Close to metro station which got us all around the city easily. Balcony was lovely to have too!

Location - being very close to a tram line and a U bahn made transport to and from the hotel very easy. The situation near the Gedenkstätte Documentation Centre was fascinating, so much history. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel garden was wonderful, a peaceful and beautiful oasis.

Wanted to have a parking space for our . Said it was available with parking. Unfortunately the staff said it was probably full. So we had to stand on the street. They could probably have done a little more to help us with parking. Breakfast was okay but not the best. Not much to choose from. Coffee was good.

Good location for exploring Berlin. Nice staff.

There was no mini fridge, that would be a nice addition. And the matress and pillows were to thin for me. TV reception was not great, it could use a signal amplifier I guess. And limited channels but that's the same everywhere. I just watched the Olympics!

A nice hotel at a historic location. A big hotelgarten were you can sit and relax after a long day. Haven't used the breakfast and restaurant. The room was fine with two seperate beds and a large bathroom. Situated at the front facing North so it was not to warm at the end of the day. Three big windows that could open all the way so ventilation was no problem!

It was a little pricey but we did visit when the football started, even though that wasn't why we were there. The room is a bit clinical.

For some odd reason it always smelled of cigarettesmoke in the hallway on second floor.

Staff was very helpful. I chose the location to be close to the course that I attended and found out there are sights, restaurants and experiences to be found in abundance in the area.

Breakfast was pretty poor, not too much selection and also very small quantities available, especially the warm meals. They seem to prepare only for 2-3 people at a time, although there were at least 15 people at breakfast each morning. You have to ask for omlete to be refilled :( and it took them quite a while to bring some.

Location was great for us, close to public transport and in a very quiet and nice area. Reception personnel was very helpful and nice all the time. Room we have selected was very big with a nice balcony, heading into a nice garden.

Nothing came up during our stay

The room was spacious and clean. It was quite and close to Tram and Train stations, which is ideal to explore Berlin. The personnel was polite and very helpful to any of our requests. I don't have an opinion on Breakfast or any other meal since we didn't have any.

There was a bit of a problem with the cleaning - we asked to clean the room and it took a while, they didn't give us new towels and we had to ask. But when we talked to them they immediately solved the problems, the staff was nice and efficient! At this level of a hotel, I think there should be a kettle and a coffee set in the room.

The staff is nice and helps with any problem. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is in a quiet location, the room we took had a large balcony facing the garden and it was lovely! The location is half an hour's walk from the tourist center, and near a museum and a park on the Berlin Wall.
