Everything is closed by 9 pm. Including supermarkets and restaurants. It's hard to find something to eat if you arrive late at night. The restaurant refused to prepare anything for us, (15 mins after they say the kitchen is closed) so we had to drive for 15 mins to nearest Mc Donald's to find something to eat. They lack hospitality, unfortunately.

Great breakfast and they offer gluten free options. Also, they make their own beer, not gluten free, which you can enjoy in their on site restaurant. Right in the middle of the town and the beautiful church/abbey.

Very nice hotel with good food both for dinner ( the german) restaurant, as well as for breakfast. Beautiful location, spatious room, friendly staff. Nice location and ok for parking. We were passing , so we stayed one night, but was a very good choice. We will surely book again.

The entry to the hotel is a bit messy, not organise and does not throw good first impression. The hand wash / shower gel / shampoo all the same product , I advice to use it only for hands, it's terrible for hair and body.

Room was clean and large, underground parking has actually a long way to the elevator, outside is shorter. We didnt test the restaurant, it was closed but breakfast was very good- great variety of food and drinks. Location is central, on the main sqare, there are many restaurants nearby and a big cathedral (bear in mind the bell - every hour and a qarter after that). You can buy the Hirsch beer- 6 pack for EUR11, dont miss it :)

Terrible welcome at 5 pm on a Sunday - envelope stuck to the door, had to creep through a dark, quiet hotel to find our room - a hotel of this size and cost needs a concierge at all hours. Very expensive for such a small village. Staff very strict and impersonal.

Excellent breakfast if you turn up before 9, not filled up after 9!! A very quiet and comfortable room. Great restaurant to have a drink or dinner.

The hotel is in the main square and has an underground parking garage. Our room was large, very light and clean. The bathroom was great and it had an excellent shower.Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a small buffet with enough choice to cover all options. On the evening of our visit a band was playing in the square which was a real treat. The church overlooking the square is lovely. A great overnight stay before heading to the airport.

A very bad experience with the restaurant. Our baby is highly allergic to cows' milk via mum's breast milk. The restaurant refused to make any food that would be safe to eat (all dishes cooked in butter, we were told, except salad). Our request for allergen-free alternatives was treated as an unreasonable nuisance, not a reasonable request. We were were told to order salad or leave. (We left. The kebab place across the road was very nice. )

Our room (family room) was spacious but somewhat sparsely furnished.

Position of the hotel in a middle of a touristic village was an excellent surprize for us. Quality of all aspects of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Room temperature was too high. Either the fan or the aircon was not working properly, and the hotel staff has replied back that they have checked and they found no problems. That was disappointing and will most certainly impact future guest stays.

Easy to book online, so an overnight stay could be booked passing through. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly reception staff and most of breakfast staff was helpfull.
