The only issues were that it was cold in the room and the pillow was too soft.

The staff were perfect and very nice. The room was super clean and I also had a balcony.

No good value for money. Dated building, rooms were small and surprisingly unsafe. The room on the fourth floor connected to a balcony that was not at all fenced, and also immediately connected to the next room over. The bed was very uncomfortable, so were the pillows. Walls seemed VERY thin as you could almost hear guests in the next room talking. The sink was plugged and there was no way to unplug it, so washing hands was a challenge. Location was okay, but just not worth the money.

Nice location, staff was okay. Room was at a nice temperature.

I had to check out very early but at that time there was to worker so I didn’t get any information where to put/leave the key (card).

One room but it was spacious, clean, got bottle of water with Haribos in the room for free and staff was good .

A random person that I didn't know claimed I was going to pay for their room. When the attendant asked me about it, I obviously said that was not the case, which is where it ended. I nonetheless find it concerning that someone even knew my name and was attempting to use it to avoid paying for their hotel room.

The room was too hot but I couldn't open the windows because the train outside was too noisy. The breakfast was below average. The lift was broken. No refrigerator. The bed was squeaky. Absolutely the worst pillow I've ever experienced.

The location is great. The staff are nice.

To close to rail tracks with noise, maybe the heat had part to play but they do give ear plugs which I never used.

No access to the kitch n area after hours. This makes it hard for guests to have food in their rooms especially if they need utensils like spoons and forks

Suddenly, trippling prices during Messe, which is not worth it to stay in any hotel and in general in Dusseldorf. Making uncomfortable for visitors.

The hotel is not super clean (specially the elevator and the balcony). There is no black-out curtains and is not isolate from noise specially considering that the hotel is in front of the train station. The part of staff didn't speak English.

The breakfast was good and there was a bottle of water for free with a glass (i have been in higher level hotels that think that think that drink tap water from glasses in the toilet is ok)

I do not appreciate the windows which needs to be fixed - do not close very well and the area is noisy. Ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper. For the second night stay I did not receive new water bottle, however I did receive a delicious coffee when checking out.

The location was walking distance to everything I wanted to visit/explore for my 2 days stay. Facilities were great. Excelent choice for myself!

Very basic hotel for a short stay in Dusseldorf. Administrator was very nice, wi-fi was working, everything in my room was ok.

Would have liked a bit more reliable wifi connection and perhaps a kettle for making tea/coffee in the room, great otherwise!
