Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I like everything. I can't tell something that I don't like.
Location was in the forest. But also not far away from city center (35 min). You can make a jogging there. Very quiet and good quality as a room and as a breakfast there. I will definitely come back soon.

It is too black, depressive. There is no coffee or tea in the room, not even water. We open the bottle of water thinking it was a welcoming invitation and it was 6€...

The colour of the room, everything is black, makes you down after a while. Couldn't stay for an other night, two is enough.

I had to find the stuff at check out The room , same as the bathroom was too dark. The light haven't been enough - also it did not help to open the curtains

The only downside is that the ventilation system in the room was quite noisy and can't be switched off except by completely shutting down all room electricity. While not particularly loud it's still quite annoying and my wife had to use earplugs to sleep.
The location is perfect for both a short break and for exploring the city, walkable to the center and right next to the subway and the park. The room was spotless and with a nice view over the neughbourhood.

No A/C or fan - so with the windows open, Saturday night was a bit loud. Some curtains and headboard had stains which gave the impression that the room was not thoroughly clean. Although the floors and bathroom were very clean.
Easy access to the Uban (train), 10 minutes into Old Town. A lot of great food options very close, a grocery store and a lot of shopping. The staff was very nice and helpful!

One day it appeared that the cleaning staff didn't do anything but empty the trash. One day cleaning staff left window open and room was very cold when we returned at night.

It would have been handy if the restaurant had been open, however this did not really impact our stay.
The hotel and rooms are very nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, with nice bars/cafes local to the hotel which is in a relatively quiet residential area. In theory it is also walking distance to the English Garden, however we were there during the extreme weather of Dec 23 and walking anywhere wasn't possible.

There was no air conditioning, the rooms get fairly muggy and hot during the day. There is a window to open but the wasps and mosquitos flew in.
The staff were great, we were even offered free homemade croissants and they were delicious. The location was great, right next to the English Gardens. The room was clean and spacious.

The day we stayed was quite hot, and the room got the afternoon sun, so the lack of air conditioning was a nuisance.
Loved the location, just a short walk from the station and close to the English Garden, which I think is a must-visit. Helpful staff and nice breakfast.

The room was small and there was a glass wall on the bathroom which made the room light up if someone went out. It's not that bad, it's just silly to build it that way. The staff was nice, but spoke limited English, we had to speak German to make ourselves understood. They also couldn't provide a baby bed upon arrival, but then later that night they sent me an email that they were happy to provide :D Parking would be nice to have for free, now it is in the neighboring building, a parking garage, 18 euros/day.
Quiet rooms, even in the morning, accessible by elevator, comfy beds.

Perfect location for a visit of Munich. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants and it is only a short walk to the underground station. The room was spacious and clean.

It has a window between the bedroom and the toilet. You can put the screen down, but it was up when I came in the room and only noticed when i was on the toilet.

staff at the bar forgot to give us cutlery for breakfast and we had to ask for them twice. Service at the bar was very slow but then a new waitress came and it went better.
The rooms are large, well equipped and the venue is at a walking distance from public transportation. nice aeea full of bars and restaurant. don’t miss out ENGLISH GARDEN is one of the biggest city park in Europe and it’s only 5 minutes walking. we had a problem with the hotel and the staff was pleased to help and find a compromise. I appreciated the attention to client of the reception staff.
