Parking in the garage cost us 21€ - which we were only told on the morning. But I won’t deduct points because we liked it so much ;)

This was a rather spontaneous booking for us. We came late on our way back home from Italy. We were greeted incredibly friendly and professionally by the lady at the front desk who accompanied me to the garage to show me where to park our car (I think she even stayed past her shift). The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful and polite. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

Location is top. Very nice breakfast and very polite people. I booked a parking spot and initially it was a bit far away but they offered another one which was around 2 mins walking distance. It is expensive but very well maintained.

the reception is closed at night and they do not leave a telephone number for emergencies the location is nice but very inconvenient for dropping off luggage, they don't even have an area to leave the car at least 10 minutes. Difficult to get information via booking messages, they do not respond and respond very vague

good size room and bathroom with window. comfortable beds and nice lounge room available with free drinks. The terrace overlooking the lake for breakfast is also very nice, too bad for the wasps that forced us to eat inside

The LED lightband at the entrance of the room cannot be turned off for safety reasons. With two little kids, we needed the room as dark as possible, so we had to place a large blanket over the lightband.

We very much enjoyed our stay, we were pleasantly surprised about the huge size and luxury of the room. Als the breakfast buffet was super nice, including prosecco and seats overlooking the harbor of Lindau!

only a short stay but the city of Lindau and the hotel were fantastic. Went to Lindauer Hof as we couldnt get a train to Paris and so glad It turned out this way. A fantastic time in a great little area, not to be missed.. and only 2 1/2 hrs from stuttgart.

We loved absolutely everything!!!

It is such a nice pace to stay, we literally loved everything there. My little son was on a wheelchair and it was super great for him,the hotel is very accessible. The restaurant is amazing, and menu is truly great and food is delicious, even my picky son noticed that. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. The room with a view is definitely worth to pay a little extra, it is so beautiful. We really enjoyed our staying there.

The impression of the hotel would be much better if the front dest lady wasn't talking on the phone for a long time when we needed her. She was nice when she was available, so it's just my simple wish.

It was close from the train station, which was great for us. Staffs there were very nice, except the front desk lady who was on the phone all the time, it seemed to me. We waited rather long to have quick questions answered, check-in and/or check-out. However, if that was the norm in Lindau, I am totally willing to change my mind about the impressions I got from the front desk lady.

I have only 3 negative comments: 1- for 3 nights we were charged 20.00 Euros for some Tax which was new and we weren't informed (more than what we expected or informed) and we have been to several Hotels in Germany but never had this Tax 2- We paid then saw the invoice, Normally you should see first then Pay :) 3- We had a water in the room on the first day which we thought its welcoming treat but we were charged :) Maybe we misunderstood

Location is wonderful , we had a beautiful view from our room. Staff are supper friendly specialty at breakfast :) quit rooms, if the neighbor doesn't have a dog :) be sure to book the parking in advance as we did and worked fine. A bit complicated to drive by car to the Hotel, but once you know its easy

No English tv all German very disappointing as it has two stations in English but they have not been tuned in by the hotel. So if you want to relax and watch some English speaking tv you won’t see it here.

ALMOST POISONED OUR DAUGHTER! Terrible cleaning had left unknown pills laying on the floor which our 1year old daughter found and could have easily swallowed. Booking.com writes that the restaurant is open 7days a week 07-21.30 - which is lie as it’s closed 2 days a week, so we where sent out in the streets at night with two small children in the rain and with my mother who has parkinsons disease. No help from the reception in fact the man seemed to get very angry, that I voiced my concerns over the pill find and misinformation. The rooms are dated, no help with parking, and to top it off birds flew in and out of the breakfast restaurant.

we were not in the main building, therefore the view was not good. The suite was big but we didn’t like that the bedroom did not have a door to close and also that was quite bright.

Saturday night it was pretty loud around the hotel - other late-night-tourists' shouting. --- Monday morning at 6 am cleaning staff hoovered outside our room door, at 6:30 am trucks arrived for deliveries.
