It was possible to park on the premises, but the number of parking slots is limited and some of them are on a moving ramp.

Location - close to the S-bahn, very good connection to the city centre. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The price was a bit high but doesn't include breakfast. When I think about the service I had the price would be OK if breakfast was included.

The room was actually two separate rooms inside. The best for a family with kids. Staff was nice and helpful. Housekeeping was also great.

No beverage facilities in room. If you want a coffee you have to go to the reception to help yourself to a hot drink which was warm only, not hot enough.

Clean and spacious room for a solo Traveller. Staff were friendly and cooperative, mistake with billing was corrected promptly. Supermarket next to the hotel and 5 minutes from Metro Station.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten track and the mattress was a bit too firm. Perhaps I am used to a softer mattress.

The breakfast was very good and even had scrambled eggs. The room was nice and even had air conditioning. The area is very quiet which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a nice and clean hotel - around 20 min to the city center by metro. The breakfast is enough and tasty. The furniture is new and the bed comfortable.

Short walk to the train straight into town. Plenty places to eat nearby as well a a supermarket next door for drinks and snacks. Adjacent rooms with a connecting door was perfect for a family.

We arrived to the hotel around midnight and thankfully it was no problem because of the 0-24 reception. The staff was nice and gave us some information about the public transportation in Hamburg. Very nice rooms, good selection of breakfast and location is close to the metro station.

The rooms were very very dark. We needed more lighting, as it was dark (visited i december). The bathroom smelled like sewer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was confy and bigger than I expected. Great location, quiet area and only 10 minutes from the center of the city via public transport (only 5 min walk to the station). Also there is a big shopping mall only 7 min walk from the hotel.

Nice location, near U3 station, from where you can get trains to the city center, but also to Airport. REWE grocery is just nearby the hotel, this was also convenient. Clean rooms, good WIFI, breakfast also was okay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel hence the favourable rating. Location was a few minutes walk from Hamburgerstrasse Tram stop (U3) which meant we never had to change trains. The room was bigger than expected, the bathroom was big with a bath and shower. The beds were comfortable. Both the bathroom and bedroom were clean. We had no trouble getting a parking space on the road in front of the hotel (the hotel has limited parking spaces) where we left the car for the duration of our stay. The area felt safe and quiet. There was a Rewe on one side of the hotel and an Aldi on the other.

I had a spacious room full of light in a cosy and quiet area. The hotel is only a 6-minute walk to metro and then about ten minutes to Hamburg centre, railway station, most big museums etc. You can also walk to town along the canal, it's a half an hour walk to Alster lake. Nice brekfast/lunch cafe a few minutes from the hotel, Albatros. A supermarket next door. Half an hour walk or a quick taxi to one of the best theatre & music venues in Europe, Kampnagel. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

One of the windows kept howling due to a storm because it was not as isolated as the other ones. TV could be upgraded.

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere and decoration, nice people, good breakfast and service. We enjoyed our stay :)
