We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsUnfortunately, the windows opened to a very busy street so it was very noisy when we opened the windows. The toilet seat seemed to be broken. There was little space for storing clothes or personal items.
The room was very clean. The location was great as well (right at a metro and bus stop). All staff were friendly. The wooden key cards were a cute little touch of sustainability.

United KingdomA USB socket would be a nice addition. The hairdryer in the bathroom is very dated - not sufficiently powerful and difficult to use for longer period of drying with the coiled electrical cord attached to the wall fixing.
The hotel has an excellent location, very central with a wide range of public transport on the doorstep. Rooms are clean and functional.

AustraliaThe location is okay, about a 20 minute walk to the city centre which is fine but there aren’t many notable restaurants nearby and no attractions at all. The free wifi is nice but a bit choppy in my experience.
The site had a luxurious feel for a fairly good price. We were provided with a free room upgrade so that definitely affects my feelings but I think I would have been happy with the original room as well. The on site bar, restaurant have predictably high prices but a nice atmosphere and the gym and sauna is a great inclusion. Good for a long stay!

The hotel was located quite close to all the main attractions. It was about 20 minutes of walk to the Kölner Dom through the main shopping streets, and the subway station was right at the hotel entrance. A lot of shops and kiosks were nearby.

When I did a check-in process I asked the receptionist “I would like to do fast check out, because 16 of Oktober, when I will leave Cologne, will be DB strike and I won’t waste time. So I would like pay now, not during the check out process.” Your colleague was very friendly I paid my cost during the check-in process. I was surprised when I did a check-out process - which was very long, because I needed to wait in the line - my bild was not close, I need to pay more any cost (tourism tax). And I did not understand, If the quest request “I would like to do a rapid check-out…. “, why not working? I believe that: 1. process ist not up to date (but a Hotel room have not mini bar… so I did not understand why not possible pay the hotel room cost and tourism tax together, only one process. 2. who made a check-in was very friendly? but took mistake. 3. another problem.
