Noise levels outside Shared facilities bathroom/toilet

Bathroom and toilet shared by five rooms, not ideal but it was clean. Location, great if you want to be in the centre of the city. But no good if you need to sleep. Staff friendly.

The shower on my floor was under renovation so I had to to up or down for a shower and then back up or down to my room. Furthermore, the door of the shower fell on me as the hinge just flew off! I called the owner out of the goodness of my heart as it is dangerous but his attitude seemed a little rude or maybe it was just miscommunication. Also, our room got very stuffy. We had to keep the window closed as it was extremely noisy and if we had not noticed that fans were meant to be provided and then asked for them, we would not have had the comfort of a fan in the room. Many flies flying around all the floors. I had to also call the property when I arrived. If I had not purchased roaming or had access to someone else's phone, I would not have been able to access my accommodation! I was unable to enter without being let in to begin with. Card machine did not work. I was called whilst roaming to be reminded to pay even though I remembered and was ready to and it used up the limited minutes I have purchased.

I liked the facilities inside the room, especially the sink despite bathroom and toilet being shared outside the room. The beds were also super comfy. Super convenient location. Trusted us to pay the next day.

On arrival I was told that there was no accommodation for me. I did not understand why as I do not speak German. The lady in the hotel however gave me a paper and directed me to Hotel Kaiserhof some 50 metres away.

I was admitted to Hotel Kaiserhof on production of the paper given to me by Hotel Garni Djaran, and was charged the same price as I would have paid to Hotel Garni Djaran albeit that Hotel Kaiserhof was far more luxurious and normally cost more than twice what I was due to pay the former hotel. A very happy stay!

The telephone number sent by booking and that was on their doors was to some lady who was really angry that we are calling her “private number” so I don’t know, we had to ask one of the guests for the number for the owner because we couldn’t check in. Smell of the cigarette in the room, bathroom with big whole in the wall.

Location, close to the train station. Grocery shops are close. The heaters were working well so it was warm

The hotel rooms was not comfortabel, the pillows were not good, in room 23 was bed bugs and we could not slept in that room, we are all slept in one room on the floor. And end of the day when we wanted to go out someone stoel my shoes, the hotel has thiefs. Finally it was very worst.

I was hesitating to book at this place when I saw the ratings but. When I arrived everything was perfect for the price of 45€ for two persons nothing to complain about. A little bit noisy outside but I slept without any disturbance. The place was super clean. Location perfect 👌 . Really I recommend it and for sure I will come back again.

I have awful impression. There were a lot of bedbugs. I went to bed about 22:00. The bedbugs have bitten me all over. And about 23:00 I left the room #22 in a hurry so they don’t get into my bags. The reception was closed in the evening and in the night, thus I had to go to the airport and spent all night sitting at the chair there. In the moment I went out of the hotel I left a message at the answering machine of the hotel (tel: +49 69 82364422) and asked to return me money. As well as I sent a text message to the administration of the Hotel Garn Djaran (Bismarckstr. 147, Offenbach, 63067 Germany). Administration didn’t get in touch with me and didn’t return my money. Based on the fact that there were so many bedbugs and different sizes, several generations, the administration of the hotel couldn’t help but know about bedbugs. This is outrageous. Many other visitors could suffer from such attitude of the administration of the hotel.

The property is located in a good place.
