Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The bar has a lovely roof terrace where you can sit in the sun while sipping on a delicious cocktail. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, resulting in a peaceful sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The shower and bathroom are not in a separate room and the shower had fully see-through glass walls, and while there was 1 curtain on the side facing the bed, the other side remained completely visible. It felt a bit awkward and lacked privacy. Interestingly, the toilet has frosted glass, which we appreciated, I just wish the shower had the same level of privacy.
We had a great stay! The awesome location right in front of an underground entrance made getting around super easy. It's also in a very central location, perfect for exploring the city. The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy, and the rooms were clean with a comfortable bed and an okay size room for a short stay. The lobby was nice, even though we only stayed two nights and didn’t get to use it much. Would definitely recommend!

no tea/coffee making facilities in room, there are small gallery areas in each corridor. No cash sales in bar.Be careful of protruding bed frame ,I cut my leg on it.

The staff was really great - especially the guy at the reception / bar. He was extremely polite, helped us with luggage, and gave us instructions for nearby places. It was such a nice experience interacting with him. The room was spacious and bright, and the location was great too, especially if you're interested in both old town and Little Tokyo.

Nothing really to complain about!
All in all, a very positive experience. The hotel is well located and, despite being close to a big cross road and a mall, relatively quiet. The staff was very welcoming and professional. As for the room, it was small but clean and had everything it's needed for a short stay. Considering the prices in the city, it was quite reasonable from a cost perspective.

The location is excellent! It is connected with the best Mall in Düsseldorf: Kö A minor point is the shower, is functioning very good, but the construction makes the whole toilet wet and slippary, quite dangerous!

The building design isn't good, and the access to the lobby and the rooms isn't easy. I booked an individual room, and it was tiny, like a prison cell size, so I upgraded to a double room.

I understand why they do the galley kitchens and that’s ok. However the water never boiled and did not get hot enough for tea. It’s also a bit annoying when you want a tea in the evening and you have to leave the room. The pillows were also weird and uncomfortable. One was too big to sleep on and the other too small. If you have mobility issues, this might also not be the place for you as there were a few random stairs here and there.
Great location and very friendly staff! I also liked the overall vibe.
