On the day of the check in you can only use a few hours the spa Dinner was only possible in there (nothing else in walking distance) and we found almost 40€ absolutely overpriced for the quality and choice of food. Plus drinks not included,!not even water.

Thete were no facilities to charge my electric car.

Breakfast was very good on the first morning - the Hotel was very busy. On the second day with very few guests the breakfast buffet choice was heavily reduced.

We were there in November, which seems to be offseason and when the onsite restaurants are closed, and didn't come by car, so the only food option after 6 pm was the buffet. I was a little surprised that they didn't have any snack options at the bar, and it wasn't clear from the guide in our room what our other options were.

For a weekend getaway, I really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in the same building as the sauna area, so it was great to throw on a bathrobe and then just jump on the elevator and arrive straight to the sauna, pool and fitness area. Breakfast was really nice, and even included mimosa ingredients and egg station, which was a first for me in Germany. Staff were perfectly nice. Fitness center was better outfitted than a lot of other places I have been, which made working out nice.

Unfortunately there were ongoing repairs so the pool temperature was suboptimal.

Location, cleanliness, facilities Staff were very friendly and helpful ( we had a room upgrade to a suite, the room was perfect! ) The Buffet in the main restaurant was nice with lots of varieties of food ( breakfast and Dinner), -there were perfectly cooked steaks at dinner, the salat buffet was very tasty, the manager Mr. Hesham was very friendly.

The service needs to improve. I messaged the hotel via booking.com and also direct to the hotel to ask for them to put an extra bed in the suite so my son and daughter would not need to share a bed. No response to either so when we checked in we had to request it. When we got to the room we didn’t have towels, gowns or slippers for going down to the spa and pool so again had to request them. The tablets in the room to message reception and room service work but if you use them then no one responds. In the restaurant it’s advisable to get your drinks directly from the bar as most of the staff just walk around pretending to look busy rather than actually take drinks orders from the tables.

Breakfast table not clean so we had to create a free table ourselves...not enough chairs at the pool and no deligencefrom the staff when towels stay on chairs alk afternoon for us to understand end if the day that these were dirty towels not booked chairs...

Check-in Process (very long) and Rooms were not ready at 3 pm. Limited late checkout options - but you can pay extra to use the facilities till later in the day. Parking fees are not included in the room rate.

Great pool and good spa facilities. The hotel offers 2 Saunas, 1 steam bath, and a nicely sized outdoor pool with an adjacent quiet zone. There are 2 indoor pools (one larger that connects with the outdoor pool and a spa-like, "quiet", relaxation & floating pool). The Hotel provides a private beach and access to the pier. The main terrace at the Lobby level is overlooking the property and offers views of the lake. Breakfast choices were great and above expectations (including an omelet station). We had the suite room. It's a very large room with some free amenities like coffee and tea. The staff was very professional and polite (despite some issues at the check-in). I gave it a rating of 8 because of some logical issues - but it;s really close to a 9 rating .

the management appears to try to save money with small extras. like free nuts on the bar at Happy Hours. the staff are not properly trained although some were outstanding. the drinks were way too expensive. The facilities in the beauty area lacked a steam machine which is essential for a decent facial. A pedicure costs 79€ without even nail polish. The online reservation service for the spa procedures is difficult to use and not connected to the computers at the property.

The rooms are a bit outdated, there was no water offered in the room and the tab one was a bit smelly. Monday morning was very noisy since 5 am when there was a lot of movement of the cleaning service people ( garbage collector's car was super noisy), not a single grocery store or smth around the hotel which made it a bit inconvenient since you could not buy hygiene supplies

The hotel has a big territory so even with lots of people it was enough space for everybody. The girl speaking Ukrainian on the reception was super friendly and helpful

The surrounding is amazing lake, forest what more can you need. Spa is amazing 4 saunas, pools indoors and outdoors - lots to do:) The room was spacious with bathtub and one huge bed. Breakfast had everything for everyone, great spread. We will definitely be coming back.

We could not have dinner a la carte, it was only possible to have a buffet dinner for 35€ or to have dinner at a restaurant across the resort, with pretty high prices. Other restaurants were not easy to reach, considering it was winter and we had no car.

I loved this resort, as it is surrounded by green and just on the lake. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. The spa is awesome, with 2 internal pools and outdoor pool + sauna and much more. Service is great.

The Buffet Dinner selection was very poor. Most of the wines that were on the wine list were not to be ordered because they did not have them. The staff in the Restaurant has to become training for professional attitude because that should be expected in a resort for the prices that have been charged .
