Tiny bathroom, could hardly move in it. Noisy kids screaming around from 6am with no one trying to intervene. More like a kindergarten than a hotel. Staff was quite rude, knocking on door just after 10, asking for payment and for us to leave. They got different check out times than it says on booking.com.

Very cold! We turned on the heating but it never became warm and the radiators were completely cold in the night. Unpleasant surprise especially with the sick child. Just a few kitchen supplies available despite the stove.

The lady in the restaurant was very nice and helpful. Kids liked the rabbits in the yard.

The property has supposedly 24h reception. What I did not expect is that the receptionist was only present via phone. I was lucky enough to be able to reach someone by phone (friendly at least), others stood and waited long without being able to do their check-in/check-out.

Convenient spot, easy to find, was good for a one night stay.

this time the apartment was smaller for bigger money, but was ok for us for one night stay. the playground for kids is good but some repair work is needed for some of the items…

we stayed here not the first time. location is very comfortable when you travel from north to south after the evening arrival with the ferry. late checkin is possible and is easy. replies were quick. comfortable bed and big double layer bed for kids - they loved it. fridge in the room was very handy to have. pet friendly. no problem with parking. big bathroom was comfortable. offered breakfast, it wasn’t something very special but was good, could be a bit more variety of food offers. the apartment was clean although some repair work will be good to do. there is a playground for kids

The immediate environment was in need of some tidying and removal of discarded equipment and rubbish. The swimming pool was no longer in use and an entertainment room was a little different and I am unsure if the necessary equipment was all available. I am unsure but it may be that the current owners have only recent taken over the management and still getting it established. If this is correct I am sure that it will be very nice when that has been achieved.

This is a B & B only hotel at present, the photo is from an earlier time as it seems a little run down. The breakfast was good although the staff were very busy as was the hotel in general, I suspect that this was due to the holiday weekend and the proximity of a fun park for children. We were in the large block of a number of rooms which seem to have been decorated quite recently, the room was reasonably clean although I did find items left by the previous occupant. There were no plugs in the baths or sinks which was a bit irritating but a kettle was provided. Some of the rooms were in separate buildings but I have no views of them as I did not see them. There were some good equipment available for young children to play with and on the grass area.

The surroundings where unbelievable miss cared for, looked almost abandoned, there was no food or snacks. So don’t forget to bring your own. And can’t give much a praise for the staff either, the man that helped me looked like he had a rough night out on town and just woken up at 3pm 😂 But he could make him self understood in English and the check-in went smoothly.

Like travel back 20years, or at least 15 ;) I loved the room we got, nice beds and a renovated bathroom with a small tub. But the decor hasn’t been updated since the 90’s.

If you’re on the second floor the hot water in the shower doesn’t have enough pressure, so that was a little weird taking a shower.
