Perfect room Great location Lovely athmosphere

Minor details.. rain shower pressure is light and shower leaks considerably into toilet area so the bath mat is routinely soaked, the noise the blinds make going up and down in other rooms can be heard in our room, also we avoided breakfast because of the price, even though it looks great. Don’t let these deter you though, the hotel is amazing and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed, comforter and pillows, motorized blackout blinds, wonderful staff, tech-forward, location, rooftop view, bar and vibe, quiet rooms and common areas, and most guests were adults so no obnoxious children running around

I don’t mind crawling across my partner to get out of bed but I wish the rooms had a small shelf and an electrical out let on the far side of the bed. It would be nice for my eye glasses, water and phone. I used the window ledge but it was tight.

Loved the personnel and breakfast. Location in center of city is excellent.

No bath tub. Also you have to go upstairs to check out so it means taking your luggage up in the lift. Would it not be possible to have a delay on the key for 15 min so you could check out and then take your luggage from your room afterwards ?

This is a very nice hotel with a quirky architectural vibe, reception is on the top floor where there is a nice bar and a good view over Copenhagen. The entrance is on a very busy road so be careful if you arrive in a taxi as you have to cross a cycling lane ( and they are busy in rush hour).

A kettle in the room would have been a plus (but you can always go to the bar to get free huge mugs of boiling water for your own tea!)

Great location, spacious room, a bathroom layout that actually makes sense (my first experience of citizenM hotels was in Amsterdam where they had separate tubes inside the room for the toilet and shower, which made it very awkward to use)

iPad control for everything in the room. Tv connection was poor. Would just stop working and I couldn’t connect my phone/app to the TV.

This hotel is amazing and I cannot fault any aspect of my stay. If you get a chance to stay here I would highly recommend it. Great value for money. From the amazing, friendly, accommodating staff to the location, the views, decor, the room with its layout, inclusions and technology - all brilliant. They have thought of everything to make a short or long stay cozy & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with options to suit most / all cultures and diets / dietary requirements. There is ample space and seating options for guests to sit in the 24 hour lounge and read, work, grab a snack or socialise. I didn’t feel out of place sitting there to read my book at night sipping my wine. No pressure on guests to purchase food / drinks to use the lounge - just a great space to hang out. Location is within walking distance to most of the top tourist attractions, in fact, I’d highly recommend (weather permitting) that you take a walk around the local streets of this hotel to view the beautiful and amazing architecture. Close to the Tivoli Gardens, breath of other restraunts, quaint / quirky shops, local designers, shopping and convenience stores.

The facilities are very modern, the room is very technological, and is very comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is front of a big plaza, which has a metro that takes you everywhere.
