Everything was very good for our group (12 people). The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The location is very central, a few steps from the central train & bus station. Definitely recommended!

The room was amazing. Only one suggestion: as we were a family and two of us slept on the sofa bed, a top mattress would really improve the quality of the stay -thinking of a family setting

All good except that one of the lifts was broken down. Which gave a bit of waiting time.

Nice hotel well situated in Aarhus with everything worth to see within walking distance. Very friendly staff and in general a very pleasant stay

I chose the hotel also because of the parking lot that was mentioned it is available for guests. Appeared not so had to park away, pay extra and carry all the luggage.

Overall good and satisfied by the hotel, breakfast and rooms.

Staff were welcoming and although I arrived three hours before check in, willingly let me store baggage and gave me coffee. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection. The room was spacious and clean Easy walk to the town centre and attractions

Of course it was annoying with only one working elevator, but we hope it is fixed, when we return next month.

Room: Great to be able to open the door to the balcony. Lot of fresh air. Great to see real glas-glasses at the bathroom. Breakfast: Excellent and varied. Basement toilets at the reception: Awesome

Small blankets, I personally prefer 1 big blenket if sleeping in a double bed. But it might have been accommodated by the hotel, as I was staying just for 1 night I did not ask for any change

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the central train station, Aros museum and the Aarhus Ø. Comfortable spacious room. Bathtub to be filled with bubbles and relax. Good value for money. The hotel managed to accomodate my request for a room at the upper floor

The bedroom was a little bit too warm at night but I was able to open the window so not a big problem.

Walking distance from the centre of town. Well priced. Bedroom and restaurant had a great View of the Dokk1 Library and culture centre. Bathroom was clean and shower was hot and powerful.

There was water remaining in the water boiler. Perhaps the water is hard so that there was suspension after boiling. Heating was centralized (which was fine during our stay).

A reminder to book the breakfast time on the weekend will be sent a few days before the stay. Aarhus Street Food and Restaurant Flammen nearby. New towels and toilet paper are provided in a bag if housekeeping is not requested.

The showerhead was loose, it fell out while showering and the water went all over the bathroom through the hose. No phone in the room. The dirty carpet and closet were not cleaned during the entire stay.
