The bathroom could be looked at, as the pipes underneath the basin was leaking.

It was close to the restaurants and easy to get to the tennis tournament by taxi. The staff where super helpful.

1. Chair was basic and not comfortable to conduct work. 2. Shower was old and had poor pressure, and the water always got out onto the floor 3. The press storage was missing a door 4. Towels were changed each day, it wasn't necessary, maybe you can consider a revised policy so that the guest can place towels for changing in the bath and other then don't need to be replaced this way it more environmentally friendly 5. The step up in to the bathroom is unusual and a possible trip hazard 6. Ironing had to be done in another room, but there is no water available in the room to top up the irons. Could provide a container / tap

Evening meal was a disaster! Staff not very welcoming and not all orders taken. Main came as starter, one meal missed (not taken on order and not repeated back - some fault on us to check but for 4 people you would expect 4 meals ordered!) Begrudgingly let the table have 3 course menu but no vegetarian option!! Was told would only do for whole table or not! So said we’d go as 2 tables instead and eventually did but not happy about it. Only 1 vegetarian option as a starter on menu.

Ordered food to be ready at 21.30. Only to be told that they had got it wrong and had been ready since 20.30. A free drink doesn’t make up for a re-heated meal that was already paid for. No great interest from staff in making the 2 meals again

We were happy to have rooms on the ground floor in a quiet area but probably because they were economy rooms the more fixed parts such as floor and bathroom (tiles and toilet drainage) were visibly in need of refurbishing.(

I was missing a sauna in the hotel. It would make it perfect to have that option since the hotel is right on a beautiful shore. Also a minibar and a kettle could be nice. Very confusing signage on the halls.

I stayed in this hotel before but paid extra for the sea view room this time and it was totally worth it. I asked to be on a higher floor and the receptionist guy was kind to provide this, even asking for my bath/shower preference (loved the bath!) so I had a very pleasant experience with an early morning sun light and view on sea bathers. Free parking after registration is also good.

Well in general it was ok but some details to be improved. The bathroom needs to be updated. The cleaning of the room was not perfect but acceptable. I wonder if it was cleaned during the morning...

Old TV in the room, with a bezel that take up some of the screens. No opportunity for making a cup of coffee or tee in the room.

I liked having a bathtub, and enjoyed using it. I Like that there is a gym, it is not fancy, but it is usable, it could be even better if there was a weight bar, to making bench press, or different types of lift.

Unfortunately many of the bikes had flat tyres and not in great condition. The pillows were really thin and and could do with more as made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Breakfast should be included not charge additional charge! I did not eat our breakfast in the hotel. Coffee was charge for 10 DKR! Bottle Water was 25 DKR! No refrigerator in the room. The love seat should match to the furniture in the lobby. Bath tub must change. My 93 years old mother could not take shower there. Please recommend to change the tube.

Personal Hygenes products was lacking. There was no hair blower! An antique one was mounted on the wall! There was not bath floor towel and I used the regular towels to stand on! No land line for wake up call!!!

The position is very beautiful. Restaurant really very good People very kind! the hotel would need a renovation expecially in the rooms but all the rest is perfect for the price I paid.
