It was sooo warm, with window opening just a bit. Since I overheat easily, hot flashes (IFYKYK), I had to have fan on the whole night, pointed at me. I knew that there was no AC, FYI. I would have greatly appreciated to have at least a tiny little fridge, so the drinks could stay cold.

Simplicity in the whole hotel, basic but modern rooms, no unecessary furnishings, Appreciated self check in and out, and the fan in the room.

The room was clean, albeit a little sparsely decorated (not a surprise for Scandinavia). The bathroom in particular was good. The breakfast was good with a nice choice of loaves of bread, pastries, cereal, cole meats, juices and good coffee.

Ground level window with people passing outside meant curtains closed at all times for privacy, but not a big deal; they could have this fixed with a blind for light or similar.

Great staff, a great option for an overnight stay close to the airport. Nice clean room, if basic. Bar open for snacks, water, milk, etc. -or drinks- late at night.

Nice hotel, friendly staff..., I forgot that some hotels in CPH do not have AC, so on a hot day the room can feel very hot..., the windows open so that helped.

I like the location; we stayed one night because it was close to the airport. We used the metro once to visit the city, the station is located 3 minutes walking distance from the Hotel. Using the metro to the city was a short ride about 10 minutes or less, we left the car at the Hotel's parking space. The only bad side was that you have to pay for the parking, however, I guess it is like that in the Country, nothing to be with the Hotel, in addition, if you drive to the city price for the parking it is more expensive. The lady at the reception, was really friendly, she makes us feel like at home, she provided us all the information need it to go to the city with a metro map, where she marked the stations to go and come back, it was really helpful. We felt safe and we had a nice experience. We have to leave the hotel earlier and we did not have a breakfast, therefore I cannot rate it. There is a Burger king right beside the Hotel, we did not use it as we decided to go to the city and eat at the restaurant, but it is convenience if you like burgers and don't want the right.

Maybe a kettle and small glasses could have been kept in the room as I generally expect that in every hotel I stay.

Close to airport and the metro station making it easy to travel. Staff was friendly and supportive. It was a bit warm when we arrived and they were happy to provide a small fan.

Breakfast was not included, which I think it should have been for that price. The room was to warm for a good nights sleep. The hotel had messed up my booking. I was standing by the desk waiting for service for a while, when a man came in and ran straight to the desk and got assisted before me.

Easy parking. New and modern hotel. Quiet and safe area. Close to tram and shopping mall.
