- rooms have a sauna-like temperature in summer, unbearable. There is a fan to help coping with that/ - in a 4* hotel you shouldn‘t be bothered by such a loud fridge - we only found out too late that the swimmingpool is incorporated within the spa and not accessible for babies. Had we known this, we would have opted for another hotel. - during the Denmark (cycling) tour, it was expected that hotel guests suddenly accept that their parking space is gone in favor of the team busses, cars etc. They were allocated over 3/4 of the space which is unacceptable as we chose the hotel for its guaranteed parking space to logistically enable us travelling with a toddler. Not informing guests beforehand and then not being able to anser questions in a reasonable way as some staff members barely speak English is not ok for a 4* hotel. - please warn people that you burn your feet in a way you risk not being able to hike the next day as there was a bad choice of floor tiles in your sauna! Happily there is ice! You should not get injured in a wellness! Put a sign there to only enter sauna with slippers! (then it is ok!)

Nice view in seaside rooms, nice wellness facility - glutenfree bread at breakfast is of good quality. - close to the pedestrian area of Rønne, close to the ferries. - people were disciplined in the wellness

biggest issue: the noise of the street that passes under your nose of you have a seaside room. The extreme noise of lorries and agricultural engines (tractors) nearly gives you heart attacks, wakes up children. However due to a lack of AC/ventilation, it is so stuffy warm in the room, that you suffocate, sweat and cannot sleep if not opening the window, at least in summer. With some reception staff conversation in English was difficult and information regarding parking restrictions during the 🇩🇰 bike tour was counterdictory, but we managed to somehow find a parking spot. The information that under 16 years old are banned from the swimming pool at any time was not clear upon booking because had we known this, we would have booked elsewhere. (it is normal that spas are closed to children, but that there is zero period/timw slot where children are (temporarily) accepted is a shame. Sauna: go inside with your pool slippers, the floor is that warm that it really does burn & injure your feet! There MUST be a waring about this BEFORE you injure your feet as you need them for hikings!

Nice Spa facility, excellent view from the balcony, high quality glutenfree bread, very friendly towards children, close to ferry terminal and to the city center, easy to get out of town. Large dining/breakfast room with outside options which is very nice. Very attentive staff in both the restaurant/breakfast room and inside the wellness, as well attentive and friendly cleaning staff that is serious about its work.

The rooms were a bit basic-danish-conference-hotel for the price, though we appreciated the large quiet fan that was available.

The spa was great, staff were helpful, and food was quite good, both the breakfast and a lovely salad for lunch in the cafe.

The facilities were good, but the opening hours were unfortunately quite limited, especially in the evening. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, and everything else was as expected.
