    - Small window in the corner of the room. We felt that the room wasn't adequately ventilated - The room itself was very small, 2 people could hardly move around, and with luggage it could get cramped.

+ Location: central, close to the ferry + The 2 shared bathrooms were both very clean + The shared kitchen had coffee, tea as well as a microwave and fridge. We also used the iron, as we were there for a wedding. + Prompt response when we had a question about the parking

The fact that to reach the rooms we had to climb a stair which is quite narrow from my point of view, especially if you have luggage with you. Plus the bathrooms are shared with other people, not inside the bedroom. If you don't mind sharing with other people, I suppose it is okay for you.

It is in the city center. so you can reach almost anywhere within the city by walking. Cars can also be parked nearby, e.g. in the city hall, which is only 3-4 min walk away.

The price was a bit too high for a simple room with a shared bathroom.

The location was good, clean rooms and shared bathrooms, well equipped shared kitchen.

Small room for that price, no breakfast included. So I would say the biggest drawback would be the price for value.

Nice location in the center of the city, clean and comfortable, with very friendly staff

The stairs felt somewhat dangerous when carrying your luggage. The bed was a bit hard to get into and with the sloped ceiling you had to be careful not to bang your head when walking around or getting up from a chair. They ran out of toilet paper in the shared bathroom. Checking in and out took quite a bit of time because the restaurant was busy and we had to wait for someone to get free to assist us with getting into the room.

The location is great. The room and bathroom were clean. It was unexpected but nice to have access to a kitchen with free coffee and tea, and a small shared refrigerator.

The drainage in the toilets, one more than the other was a little blocked, for that reason after shower I have to spend a lot of time trying to make all the water goes. The water of the shower falls directly to the floor, and because it was blocked it was like a pool for like 10 minutes. I don't like to leave the place like that so I wait to clean and dry as is supposed to

I like the vibes, the bed, the small kitchen with all that we need. It was a quite place and relaxing. Also it was clean and the location was amazing. The external space it was nice and very useful.

    Misleading description of uncomfortable accommodations!

From the description and photos, we expected two suites of rooms, each with a kitchenette and patio, along with a shared bathroom between the two rooms. Instead we got two tiny attic rooms with sloped ceilings that you can barely stand up in, along with four noisy neighbors. If we had known what the place looks like, we would never have booked it! **Here are three things to know before you book a room here:** 1) You get a single small bedroom on a hallway with other rooms, similar to a hostel. The tiny and badly furnished kitchenette along with the two shared bathrooms are on the same hallway. If only we had read reviews with similar complaints before booking. 2) The walls and doors are thin, so you hear everything your neighbors are doing. 3) The café is only open Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for short hours. Don't expect breakfast on other days or before nine am. If you're ok with all of that, go ahead and stay there. A few other miscellaneous things: the beds were too soft and made us sore, and the attic rooms were stuffy; there's a steep staircase with an outward opening door at the top that was dangerous, especially for me because I'm pregnant; we never saw a staff person and there was no cleaning during our stay; the kitchenette has no stovetop, sharp knives, or coffee maker, just a hot water kettle with instant coffee; one door did not lock because the frame was misaligned; the keys between rooms appeared interchangeable and insecure.

The location was excellent, which is why we chose the guesthouse. The host sent a message before we arrived with check-in instructions and answered my question about parking. We were satisfied with the Wifi connection.

You could hear everything, and as we had very rude guests around us, it was impossible to rest. Additionally, the restrooms were not enough for the number of people on the floor.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The café is lovely.

The only thing I wasn’t extremely pleased about was the aspect of a shared bathroom. It made it tricky to prepare for my wedding on time when they were both full at the time I needed to get ready. That is certainly not the fault of the staff, just an unfortunate circumstance of too few bathrooms for the number of guests that were present. That is literally the only thing I could complain about though, everything else was incredibly wonderful.

The food and drinks were amazing, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The atmosphere was also lovely.

The stairs up to the first floor with all the rooms was a bit unhandy, but we managed. The bathroom could use a second shower curtain, and a rack to dry the floor mat. And a place (other than our room) to hang wet towels Its hard to see on the pictures but the twin room is very small. It could also do with a few more hooks to hang stuff, perhaps on the door.

We loved being in the middle of Ærøskøbing. The twin room was great for sharing with comfy beds. It was easy to get in and check out. The cafe was open for breakfast the second day we were there. And the Bakery next door provided a great breakfast the last morning before we left for the ferry.

Rooms were small and not a lot of space to put things. Shared bathroom, but there are two so it wasn't a problem. We were prepared for the outside open metal stairs to access the rooms, so only brought up what we needed for the night in our backpacks.

Modern and very clean. Small but comfortable. Shared kitchen had coffe and tea.
