Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyDinner menu was really insufficient and environment restaurants and cefes were sameas well. I suggest you to walk or commute to the center. Last but nit least bedsheets were damaged and old.
Location of the hotel was good. Very close to public transportation. It was quite clean hotel which was important. Breakfast was good

SloveniaWe expected a few more choices for breakfast but although it was great. The wi-fi in the room didn't work quite well, so this was the biggest minus for me.
Very nice hotel, big lobby with comfortable sofas. The room was great, modernly equipped and very clean with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also close to the metro station.

KuwaitI had previously stayed in the hotel and had the best room however at my second stay i got a room that had no closet only a rack with hangers which is not very efficient since I had a lot of luggage, closets are necessary and should not be optional in hotel rooms.
Amazing location over looking a beautiful green area, close to the airport, 15 minutes walk from city center.

The location is amazing in between the airport and the city both were accessible in 10 minutes. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. It has a big welcoming reception and bar area that includes non alcoholic drinks and coffee, spent a few hours in the lounge just chilling and drinking coffee.

TurkeyHowever, I have to point out that the hotel management has to do something about those elevators. As an elevator engineer, I strongly suggest to get better maintenance or modernizing the full system. Also, the toilets at the basement floor (accessible via stairs next to breakfast restaurant) has very bad smell. Not because of cleaning but due to infrastructure. The pump system may not be working properly.
The sightseeing of our room was incredible and relaxing with full view of Kopenhagen. The room and hotel facilities were great for the value.

TurkeyOnly problem was the room was quite cold and the air conditioning cannot be controlled by rooms, it was managed as central. The staff quickly provided us an additional fan heater that warmed our room with a bit noise. Since it is generally cold especially at night, it would be better If they solve this heating problem. Another improvement area is there can be a 2 people cough/sofa instead of the chairs since the view is amazing, we wanted to sit in front of the window and would enjoy the view.
The room was in a good shape with nice furnitures. It was clean and tidy. We stayed at 18th floor with a gorgeous lake and city view! We tried Blue Elephant, the Thai restaurant in hotel and everything was very delicious with a reasonable price! All in all, we enjoyed our stay, thanks!
